Our stay was amazing!!! We were upgraded to a premium room! It was very spacious and had a great view of the city! Very quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was superb. I have stayed here before and will continue to stay here!

Sharon was great checking us in, gave us our VIP upgrade, and the room was HUGE, but I could hear the phone ring in the next room and the woman talking on it. Also the breakfast buffet was cold. My hubby had them microwave it, but it was still cold. The jacuzzi closes at 6 pm(the best time to go) and it never got hot during the day for us. Other than that staff/service/location/gym amazing.

Great service from the staff in reception.
The staff in charge of breakfast wasn't friendly, tha buffet was missing food, they didn't refill accordingly

Staff was good. Other guests with children were terrible. I suggest an adult only time late in the day for pool and hot tub.

This was a wonderful stay at this hotel this time. The last two times were not that great and I sent them a letter and this time it was perfect. Kudos to the staff. Also, we had breakfast there this morning and it was a brunch. It was very good and reasonably priced! We will be staying there again in two weeks.

5 th time staying here 5 time missing enough towels and washcloths. Only one water for 2 people, asked for a 2nd bottle and none ever came. Outlet in bedroom was loose. Every time it seems there is something wrong or missing!

I just wanna give a big thank you to all the staff that made our stay so wonderful, Alejandra from the front desk, and the 2 housekeeping staff who made sure our room was always in good condition. we tried the restaurant and the food was good 5-star quality, the security staff that was always outside at the door greeting every guest was very nice and educated men, in general, a 5-star in my opinion, keep up the nice work! thank you to everyone you made our stay wonderful

Property with good location close to restaurants, shopping centres, supermarkets. Quiet place, safe area, easy way to get around the rest of the city and driving around. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
