Location is right in the city centre in Guarulhos and relatively close to the airport. It's close to pharmacies, restaurants and bakeries but also close to an adult entertainment establishment, which could be loud. The transfer driver was friendly although the transport is paid (R$8) and not included in the stay. The room was badly lit and in need of refurbishment and redecoration. The frying smell from the kitchen came up through the bathroom window. The WiFi didn't work well in the room and the TV also didn't connect to any channels. The breakfast was fine and everything individually wrapped with plastic during the pandemic. There was just one person at the reception even though the hotel was busy so I had to wait to be checked in. Considering the small difference in the price I would rather pay a bit more and have more comfort somewhere else the next time.

Bel hotel pulito silenzioso male che avevamo volo di notte e nonostante doveva fare il check out alle 12 non ci hanno permesso di utilizzare le strutture. I luoghi per camminare, anche se è vicino al pedonale non è molto bello. La sicurezza al tramonto diminuisce non consiglio camminare la notte.

È un'ottima cosa considerando il servizio di trasferimento dal terminal 2 ogni ora all'hotel in solo 20 minuti sarete li' gratuitamente. Il servizio è in servizio 24/7 quindi il mio volo arriva alle 1:30 e alle 2:30 ero in una buona stanza pulita vicino all'aeroporto. Quindi, mi consiglio di un grande sì per una sola notte o per la connessione di autobus all'aeroporto.

La sanità e il servizio sono buoni, soprattutto la signorina sorella della reception, può comunicare in inglese.È un suite, ci sono ascensori che possono cucinare da soli e memorizzare i bagagli.C'è un supermercato di circa 300 metri, circa 500 metri è una piccola città di Runounes (come la Cina rurale), e non è molto conveniente fare shopping. Non è molto vicino all'aeroporto, è necessario giocare con Uber 30-40 Rial, ma per essere conveniente per il volo, è anche una buona scelta

Hotel aconchegante, atendimento do Rodrigo na recepção é excelente, e a Jéssica do restaurante e toda a equipe preparam um café como ninguém. Com certeza voltarei. Parabéns ao cozinheiro que preparou um frango grelhado de dar água na boca.
