From the **free welcome drink** upon arrival to the delicious breakfast for 2 people with so many options, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. But what truly impressed me was the 5 PM late checkout a lifesaver that gave me extra time to relax without rushing. The reception team was so kind and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the little extras (like the welcome drink!) made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel is easy to access and located near MRT and tourist attractions. Easy and fast check in and check out. The room is new and clean. The bedding is comfortable, can really relax and enjoy sleeping there. The staffs are sincere, helpful and responsive to my requests. They provide pour over coffee and tea at the hotel lobby. Also, the food delivery is sent by robot.
