Location: 9/10 The location is excellent, just 7-10 minutes from the major shopping mall area. On your way back to the hotel, you'll find plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Service: 9.5/10 While the room's air conditioning was a bit too warm during our three-day stay, the hotel staff consistently checked in on us and sent two technicians to resolve the issue. The housekeeping team also provided a fan without us needing to ask. Facilities: 7.5/10 The indoor swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay. Room Size: 10/10 The room size is excellent, more than enough for a family.
