L'hotel dispone di una posizione e strutture eccellenti, ma soprattutto il servizio e il personale. Mi ha sorpreso il numero di membri del personale che parlano inglese e sono così amichevole e professionale. Da quando siamo stati accolti in inglese, il numero di lavoro 038 ci ha accolti con un sorriso e un'attenzione. Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni e 3 notti incredibili. Ho anche usato i servizi di massaggio, che erano medie. Per qualsiasi servizio che abbiamo fatto durante il nostro soggiorno giugno è stato quello di collegare e assicurarci di avere il miglior servizio. Un'altra persona che ha contribuito alla nostra piacevole esperienza è stata la manager del ristorante, che era anche fluente in inglese. Sinceramente, non ci aspettavamo mai tante persone a parlare la lingua. Il colazione era con una miscela di cibo asiatico e occidentale; fresco e delizioso. Il centro spa era sorprendente.Abbiamo avuto una pausa molto rilassante e calma dal lavoro e dal rumore nella grande città dell'EF. Solo hotel, servizio e posizione eccellente .

Era il mio primo viaggio alle terme e sono così felice di aver scelto questo hotel? È un po' caro sì, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena, il prezzo dell'hotel include le terme. Avere molti diversi tipi di sorgenti termali e una buona zona termale) Sauna e anche una bellissima piscina, quasi 4-5 ore trascorro solo per le sorgenti termali. L'hotel offre servizi molto buoni e una posizione molto bella e tranquilla. Ricca colazione + a cena puoi pagare il buffet, non è costoso e davvero delizioso. La camera è grande e pulita, ho preso una camera con vista sul fiume ed è stata davvero bellissima. Ogni camera ha un balcone e c'è un grande bagno come una sorgente termale personale? Per una serata romantica è un grande vantaggio

Per lo scopo di pescare in una stanza balcone, la stanza di pesca è molto più costosa del tipo di stanza normale.Se è caldo per la casa privata, prova. Imperial Springs is a beautiful hotel set amongst a very serene Guangdong environment. Don't expect lots of busy activity here. Lots of quiet and it's often possible to not meet any other guests for hours at a time. The hot springs were peaceful and empty of people. There are staff on hand offering tea regularly. And it is open till late.
To get around the facility you will be driven by a butler. They are always friendly and helpful.
As a foreigner in China, I would say that Imperial Springs perfectly blends the experience of being in Guangdong, with aspects of staying in a hotel that will make a Westerner feel at home. I will be recommending it my colleagues and friends.
There is both a Chinese food restaurant and a Western food restaurant. The Chinese restaurant did not have a menu available in English.
Of course the hotel is a little on the pricey side. A bit cheaper would make the whole experience feel a bit better for customers.
As always, it is the staff and people at a hotel that make the experience excellent. Ceci in the restaurant was very attentive and made sure I found some high quality food recommended from the chef. The hotel clearly employes highly professional catering staff.
Rako and Michael also gave an excellent welcome tour to the hotel and took the time to drive me around to see the beautiful scenery.

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

UUtente ospiteLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. UUtente ospiteLa pulizia era buona ma non spettacolare. Il WiFi poteva essere accessibile solo con un numero di telefono cinese, che non avevo. Grazie al receptionista mi ha aiutato a connettermi una volta (ma hai bisogno del numero ogni volta che ti connetterai ...).
La mia camera era assolutamente piccola, senza finestre all'esterno e senza luce naturale. Conseguentemente, la piccola zona del bagno era molto vasca e profumata.Secondo il piano, circa la metà delle camere non aveva finestre reali. Quelli che fanno sono fortemente tintati.
Bene per un soggiorno di una notte, ma non per più.

La mia stanza è una vista al fiume alto piano e è esattamente quello che ho avuto. La finestra piena di altezza e un letto Tatami. È venuta anche con un lavastoviglie e un asciugacapelli separati. Purtroppo, il asciugacapelli doveva essere messo nel bagno, che lo ha fatto un po' di crampo.
La stanza stessa è ben mantenuta e ciò che sospettavo di essere bagni lasciati da precedenti occupanti sono mostrati per i viaggiatori successivi.
Ho dormito molto, purtroppo non ho potuto godere della vista, perché è stato sconvolto durante il mio soggiorno.

L'edificio è molto vecchio, quindi gli ascensori sono un po' lento in arrivo, e a questo punto sembra che l'intero edificio sia occupato da numerosi operatori simili.

Iivonne8a93Staying at the Ramada Hotel allowed me to enjoy the city even more. The staff is really friendly and helpful, is close to main attractions of the city and right next to the river.
The common areas are good and the buffet breakfast had many options to choose from, you can see the Canton Tower from their pool area too where they also have gym, sauna and even indoor badminton courts. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Guangzhou again.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
