Camere belle e spaziose. Si prega di notare che questo non è l'hotel W. È il condominio adiacente. Non è stato chiarito se i servizi dell'hotel fossero accessibili ai viaggiatori nel condominio.

L'appartamento con servizio non è in buone condizioni, la cucina era vecchia e gli armadietti si stavano scrostando. Le piastrelle della doccia non si adattano bene e saltano fuori. Tuttavia la piscina dell'hotel W è bella. La qualità dell'appartamento con servizio non è la stessa del solito hotel W. Il servizio era buono, ma fate attenzione ai servizi turistici che il concierge dell'hotel vi aiuterà a prenotare. Non vale davvero il prezzo per la qualità e il servizio: il servizio di prelievo dall'hotel era frettoloso e l'autista non ha acceso l'aria condizionata, quindi tutti erano a disagio. Meglio prendere il didi premium che il trasferimento dall'hotel.

Overall, a pleasant experience. However there was a major delay in checkin - the room was only available almost an hour after checkin at 3pm.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. There was a spacious living room, master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a shared bathroom. There was a friendly and helpful staff that helped us navigate a takeaway app. Gym was good with new cardio machines. Pool is not kids friendly as it was 1.4m deep throughout.

W hotel, what else can u ask for. It is the top few hotel chain.

Amazing service from Joanna as always she was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very safe in the area, walkable location to fabulous shopping malls and parks.

I expected more honestly…. Everything was just average, I had a good time though… got some issues with check in and my loosing my phone but they ended up finding a solution.

Amazing service, Clark was always there to help us. He even helped me with a restaurant reservation. Really friendly stuff and the location is really good. Kudos to Clark for his service and for his service.

The most relaxed time I had in guangzhou. Close literally everything, food, sight seeing, bars etc. staff are also absolutely amazing and friendly. Can’t wait to go back again
