Definitely disappointing experience but the employees tried their best. The hotel is situated in a back alley. In err we booked a non-windowed room but I’m doubtful that the window would have improved anything. Room was dirty. Bathroom was filthy. Photographed well on website but if my gps had not “insisted” that I “arrived” , I would have never known that I was at the right location.

I rate it as a traveller visiting Canton Fair. It is convenient to walk to Canton Fair as car traffic is bad and metro is squeezy during peak hours. The walking distance is around 10~15mins only along the river. The hotel staff is very nice to provide some breakfast during the Canton Fair period. The hotel is clean, and reception staff is friendly. Not much amenities but worth the price in my opinion.

This hotel is only one subway station away from the canton fair, which is convenient. It is a little hidden but easy to find. It feels a bit old but not uncomfortable. The staff was eager to help.

The staff was so friendly, fast check in and check out. The only problem was privacy since it’s floor 1.
