Wow amazing weekend spent with the kids. The hotel has everything we need. A big water park, two infinitive pool, three swimming pools, sliders, water boat for kids. The room is so big and spacious, the kids love it, have a bunk bed for the kids and toys which they got entertained. The breakfast is all good, the staffs from the lobby lounge they are so helpful, the guys singing they are so amazing with English music. The lady from the We chat name Amy Lin she is so helpful with every question I have and she answered so fast. The dinner buffet the seafood one 358 yuan for 2 person is worth it. Has a lot of food and without time. In general all the amenities from the hotel is all excellent. We can recommended 100% to all my friends. If we have the chance we come back again for sure. The quality and the service from the staff all so good. The lady from reception desk thank you. And at the end of our journey they gave us two turtles as a gift for the kids.

It’s always pleasure to spend holidays at this hotel. The atmosphere is mesmerising. It’s equally good for families and bachelors. Playing area for kids is amazing. Hot spring is one of the best in the area. And they have always a designated service provider for your service. This time for us it was 小岚. Who took care of us during this stay. Amazing experience as always.

This was our second time back at the hotel as South African and we will definitely come again. Excellent service by staff members Amy Thomas and Huang Hattz' happy new year

Checkin was very quick by Iris, and very helpful girl, explaining everything clearly. Also Huang Bei Bei very helpful during our stay. Enjoyed a lot with our kids.

A good resort to chill out with family and spend private time with no external pressure or activities. Just relax and immerse yourself in the water and beach activities. Don’t miss out the fun of buying fireworks at the beach side, which is a unique experience. Only precaution for Indians is the availability of the food. The hotel is generous enough to provide vegetarian options however it is aligned more to Chinese or Thai cuisine rather than the Indian cuisine. If you’re ok with international cuisine, then probably you are fine.

It is a huge property with decent water park and beach and water sports. The best part about resort is helpful staff and manager. Rajan, Cindy, Tracy, Thomas and Hatti all were very helpful and accommodative.

We were group of 5 families for 3 day trip, the staff was excellent ensuring all our requests were met in timely fashion. Upon arrival we requested for room upgrade which was handled smoothly. There were many vegetarian food options sin the two restaurant and they had also arranged vegetarian Buffet.

Had a nice stay hotel. We got an update in room, thanks to helping staff "Iris" for that. Perfect location and arrangements for kids. Highly recommended 👍

We stayed in 2 hotels during our stay in Huizhou. I would say for families, children and teens this is a really great option (even though not cheap, for 1,500rmb per night). The hotel has great amenities like table tennis, billiards, KTV, gym, around 5 restaurants (Chinese, Cantonese and Thai), around 5 pools (some of which have slides for children, and an infinity pool near the beach), a beach with water sports and volleyball very close to the rooms, and a foam party for little ones The room we had had a sea view and 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a fridge. Downsides were our room which was on tower 4 was a little old and smelt of mould, and the beach is quite noisy, yet I’d say we slept comfortably. The manager Rahal was very kind and helpful. Most of the staff does not speak English but when we arrived a front desk staff added my WeChat so we could ask for anything we needed which was very helpful. The green curry at the Thai restaurant was very nice, and breakfast had a lot of options (western and Chinese), including cereals, fresh fruit, pan au chocolate, vegetables, eggs, noodle soup, fried rice, fried noodles, waffles with honey, amongst more. There are small drinks stalls next to the hotel at the beach (bubba tea and lemon tea), a small shop to buy beach clothes and instant noodles inside the hotel, Hagen Diaz and Chinese ice cream near the KTV cubicles, and vending machines around the hotel. In summary, there are many things available and we enjoyed a good time there. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed.
