We were going as a large group so we booked one of the penthouse rooms. We were expecting something nice. Unfortunately the room was dirty, had a strong moldy smell, a leaking sink, water on the floor, cigarette butts in the balcony tub and an unresponsive service team. Once we finally got ahold of the them they were unable to solve any of the issues. It basically looked like nobody had stayed there for months and they hadn’t bothered to clean it before we moved in. This was definitely our last visit and I would not recommend it to anyone even at a cheaper price.

Fantastic experience and great hospitality. For vegetarian the chef prepared us noodles and vegetables rice. Staff were responsive and assisted us well.

I had a fabulous time. My kids really enjoyed the water area and I loved the infinity pool. Our experience was highly enhanced by the amazing service of the hotel staff. Specifically, Amy Lin, Amy Xi, Angelina Gao and Sofia Tan had great impact on our personal experience. We look forward to staying at the hotel again and seeing these amazing ladies.

Wow amazing weekend spent with the kids. The hotel has everything we need. A big water park, two infinitive pool, three swimming pools, sliders, water boat for kids. The room is so big and spacious, the kids love it, have a bunk bed for the kids and toys which they got entertained. The breakfast is all good, the staffs from the lobby lounge they are so helpful, the guys singing they are so amazing with English music. The lady from the We chat name Amy Lin she is so helpful with every question I have and she answered so fast. The dinner buffet the seafood one 358 yuan for 2 person is worth it. Has a lot of food and without time. In general all the amenities from the hotel is all excellent. We can recommended 100% to all my friends. If we have the chance we come back again for sure. The quality and the service from the staff all so good. The lady from reception desk thank you. And at the end of our journey they gave us two turtles as a gift for the kids.

This was an amazing place to spend time with the whole family! They made us feel like home if not better. Truly a must visit place. Miss Amy Lin and the rest of the staff are super friendly and accommodating! I hope to come back to Howard Johnson

Her kindness, patience, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a good outcome. The kids loved the hotel breakfast—the waffles and fresh fruit were a hit—and spending mornings playing on the nearby beach made it even more special. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming, which added to the relaxed, family-friendly vibe. Thank you, Amy Lin, for making our vacation so seamless and joyful. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next trip back for the May holiday.

It’s always pleasure to spend holidays at this hotel. The atmosphere is mesmerising. It’s equally good for families and bachelors. Playing area for kids is amazing. Hot spring is one of the best in the area. And they have always a designated service provider for your service. This time for us it was 小岚. Who took care of us during this stay. Amazing experience as always.

Checkin was very quick by Iris, and very helpful girl, explaining everything clearly. Also Huang Bei Bei very helpful during our stay. Enjoyed a lot with our kids.
