Terrible experience. Front desk was rude, dismissive, and totally unhelpful. Kept me waiting, snapped at me when I asked a question, and didn’t even pretend to care. I get it’s Canton Fair and it’s busy, but seriously, at least TRY to be decent when it comes to serving your guests. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Would never recommend

They change the price even after booking of hotel is done. Cannot trust this people. Very poor facility, room smells bad, very poor hygienic. I cannot recommend anyone to stay here. I would like to say everyone please don’t book this hotel. You would not feel comfortable.
