Very good service and good location

The hotel is clean but needs to be updated. Location is not near the subway. Breakfast is disappointing: very little selection and food was not tasty. Hotel staff was nice but had trouble connecting me to their wifi. It took three people over two days to connect me.

The hotel is clean and location is very good, near bus stops and only 20 minutes walking to metro station. Staff also very helpful even though they don’t speak English. Many local restaurants and small shops nearby. The only down side is the smell of cigarettes is quite strong at the lobby hall.

I like

The location is in a wholesale district with very heavy traffic. The price is reasonable and is acceptable. Overall the stay is comfortable and the rooms are clean. The check in staff not very friendly and lack warm.

I booked a room with 3 beds in this hotel, but the room was not clean and the services were not good. I'll not consider to stay at this hotel for the coming trip, thank you.

It was quite an unpleasant experience staying here mainly because of three aspects. First is the cleanness was awful, I don't really know how others reviewed it to be clean. I changed rooms after the first night because the mould smell in the room was very strong. The second was slightly better, but you still can smell it. You can even smell it in the hallway. Second is that something spoils every day. The first day was the window handle, second day was the TV and third day was the toilet seats. Third was the price as they don't provide a lot amenities especially for foreigners. The WiFi only can be sign in with Chinese number, there is no safe deposit box in the room and there was no fridge. The breakfast was exactly the same for all the 4 days of my stay. The only redeeming quality is that the front desk was quick with their service. Overall, I will not recommend this place unless you really needs it convenient location. Very disappointing experience.

Very convenient in terms of travel around, 2 mins walk to nearest bus stop, a row of food stalls and some convenience store. The room was clean however the toilet's drainage need to be improved. Smoking allowed in the whole hotel expect the bed.

設施齊全有洗衣機烘乾機衞生：乾淨整潔的客房阿姨服務態度好有求必應環境：環境舒適整潔，房間比較大窗户也挺大的，很安靜，距離服裝城很近，不會太吵，離白雲山也很近，後面就是進去的地方，一樓有咖啡機，可以免費飲用咖啡，很好，前台服務態度好，有什麼不會的，問他們都會一一解答好喜歡這裏下次一定會再來一次實惠便宜，風景還好，主要是，很喜歡這裏的氛圍，不會太拘束😊非常推薦這裏🩷選擇這裏真的是太明智了，地理優越步行就可以遊玩到附近的景點，還有服裝城房間異常不燃，設施齊全，真的很熱情，他們貼心至極

停車很方便，入住也好快房間的話比較大，床很舒服，價格好便宜。主要是房間乾淨，這是最重要的，我一般來廣州都會住在這裏，很滿意，酒店的服務也非常好，很熱情，服務態度非常棒，阿姨很客氣，有什麼問題跟阿姨説就好了，衞生真的很乾凈的，離那個白雲山好近，拿貨也很方便酒店的設施比較齊全，前台有咖啡機可以免費咖啡很舒服，基本上有求必應，主要還是房價太實惠了，停車也有的。保安的話會把車挪好早餐比較豐盛自助的中式早餐，不會説吃完了就不加東西這邊出去玩也很方便，離天河城很近非常開心，隔音也很好，雖然是靠着高架橋，但是不會太吵，小朋友也很喜歡來這裏。非常推薦。
