Only good for sleeping and nothing else, the place wasn’t expected. It’s not only an hotel, it’s a mix of everything and the service check-in is a bit odd.

I was very disappointed in the security of this hotel. Firstly, when we came back to the hotel on the second day at ~6pm ish, we found our room door open with no one inside. Apparently, one of the cleaning ladies left our door open after they finished cleaning and it was like that for hours! I went downstairs to the lobby to talk to the the front desk and they went with us back to the room to see if we lost anything. Luckily we did not lose anything of value but this was a huge disappointment! Another incident happened when we were in the lobby. An prior guest had walked in and said that they forgot to return the spare key when they checked out. The receptionist then put that key down on the table and had walked off. This was shocking to me because 1. They didn't log who had requested for spare keys. They give only 1 key and then any additional was to be requested and they didn't log this at all 2. Each key was marked with the room # so it's the same key that prior guests and future guests will be using. If this is the case, they need to have better security!

This is a decent medium range hotel however I have a few grievances with it. Firstly I was checked in to a twin room instead of a double, and the twin room in question had water all over the floor. The room was promptly changed however to what I had booked, after I went back down to reception. Then, the hotel is advertised as having a gym, but it doesn’t. The receptionist told me I could go to a gym nearby at extra cost. The towels provided aren’t proper towels, they’re thin single use towels, the kind provided in hospitals. Other than that, the room was spacious and reasonably comfortable, the location isn’t bad, there’s a mall next door but it takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the nearest metro and the route is… quite the sensory experience. Altogether this isn’t a bad hotel but I specifically booked it because it advertised itself as having a gym so I was left disappointed.

Convenient location is the only good thing about this place. Impossible to lock the doors (even the one in the bathroom). Stains, chipped furniture, god knows what happened to that wall… The place is relatively clean though. But I was quite annoyed that cleaning Ayi entering the room even with the sign “Do not disturb” hanging on the door knob. To avoid your guests’ disappointment please use the real photos of your rooms or make the rooms look like the photos. Never again.

Close to shops and a large variety of food such as many Chinese restaurants and small eateries plus many western food take away brands. McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Subway and Taco Bell and more. So great location to stay as lots of convenient shops around you. Staff do their best to help with the aid of translator language apps. Rooms have everything you could need including washing machines. Service each day and 2 bottles of water. Only negative was the internet was not usable even with staff help it would not work in our rooms on 7th and 9th floor. Buy a Chinese phone sim to use internet is best choice. Would stay here again for its closeness to all key things including a few nearby massage shops if you have been walking all day at the Canton Fair. They also provide a free bus to and from canton fair if that is why you are staying here. Last point is excellent water pressure showering 😀

酒店入住體驗還不錯，繼續續房再住幾天，房間打掃及時、乾淨，服務人員態度好，每天還多給配備一些一次性物資用品，雖然自己也不缺，但也體現了一種良好的服務態度。

這家宛如隱匿於城市中的世外桃源，坐落於海珠區萬達廣場旁，周邊環境獨具韻味。有一條小溪，很多小鳥🐦聲，還有白鷺。。內部裝飾則充滿了文藝氣息與創意元素，每一處角落都能拍出美美的照片。 房間各具特色，我住的那間以線條空間為設計靈感，木質傢俱散發著自然的清香。床品柔軟乾淨，還配有特色的香薰，助眠效果很棒。 前台小妹熱情好客，如同老友一般，不僅分享了當地的遊玩攻略，在這裏，能深切感受到當地的風土人情，體驗與眾不同的住宿樂趣，是追求特色住宿體驗者的寶藏之地。

這家酒店真的是寶藏呀！一到酒店就感受到了熱情的服務，讓人心裏暖暖的。房間乾淨、寬敞，還有大大的窗户，視野很好。早餐很豐盛，有好多當地特色美食可以品嚐，味道正宗。而且酒店周邊很安靜，休息得特別好，必須給個好評！

此次在廣州塔入住的酒店，真的給我帶來了超棒的體驗，必須好好誇讚一番！ 酒店的地理位置相當出色，位於廣州塔這片繁華區域，出行極為便利。臨近地鐵站，去往廣州的各處熱門景點或者參加展會等商務活動都特別方便，節省了不少在路上奔波的時間。周邊還有不少便利店、餐廳等，滿足日常生活所需那是綽綽有餘。 一進入酒店，就能感受到工作人員的熱情周到。前台辦理入住手續時效率極高，服務員態度親切和藹，不僅詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務，還熱心地為我提供了當地的遊玩攻略以及一些實用的出行建議，讓人心裏暖乎乎的。

房間的空間十分寬敞，絲毫不會讓人覺得侷促。一進門就是開闊的活動區域，擺放着舒適的沙發和茶几，坐在這裏看看電視、喝杯茶，放鬆又自在。床鋪很大，睡兩三個人都綽綽有餘，而且床頭靠着柔軟的靠墊，靠在上面看看書、玩玩手機都特別舒服。衞生間也足夠大，乾濕分離的設計很貼心，淋浴區空間寬敞，洗澡時可以盡情舒展身體，洗漱台有足夠的空間擺放各種個人物品，使用起來方便又整潔。衣櫃的容量也不小，再多的衣物都能輕鬆收納進去，完全不用擔心沒處放東西。 總之，這家酒店在美食、環境和空間這幾個關鍵方面都做到了極致，給我帶來了一次難忘又愉悦的入住體驗，真心推薦給大家呀！

酒店各方面都無可挑剔呀！地理位置便利，靠近地鐵站和熱門景點，出行輕鬆。酒店大堂裝修精美，房間寬敞又舒適，房內設施齊全，用起來方便順手。餐飲更是可圈可點，豐富的美食能滿足全家人的口味需求，好評不斷！

公寓位置很好，挨着萬達廣場和合生廣 場，附近還有濕地公園和海珠湖，離廣州塔也很近，吃東西和玩都很方便。房間挺大的感覺有四十個平方。前台小姑娘服務很貼心，房間很整潔，酒店設施齊全，冰箱洗衣機還有微波爐可以加熱外賣。簡直不要太方便，裝飾風格看起來也很舒服，有準備一次性的毛巾，浴巾，馬桶墊等，大姐態度也很好，一次愉快的入住體驗。
