Hotel apartments is excellent. The front desk is very helpful. I will book this again when I will planning for next time.

Located in Tianhe district, short drive 5 min to Canton fair. Fortunately and unfortunately, due to China long holiday, toll free. Otherwise need to pay 2 tolls to enter pazhou district.
Room was digital lock. (Door handle broken) Cleaning lady had access to our rooms and was standing by outside. Never felt safe leaving our items in the room while we headed out. Luckily, everything was ok. There’s also no shelter for taxi drivers, in case of rain it is inconvenient. The room also came with big mirror that seemed to be a 2-way. We did not pursue further.
7-11 downstairs but not 24/7.
You can hear footsteps and chatting from the room. Not the best but no hiccups. Recommend for those on budget. Decent view from the balcony! (Can smoke!)

Best place to stay in Guangzhou! Found the right place as it is near to train station and bus stop. Convenient to travel around due to it strategic location. Talking about the room, it is fantastically spacious and clean. Staffs are the best as they are friendly and accommodating to our requests. Shout-out to the best staff I recognize in this place 小敏. She is the best and guided me throughout my trip. She is so friendly and patient with us and even took the initiative to guide us as we came first time in Guangzhou. She is just perfect and fantastic. All in all love this place and 小敏。

Great stay. The apartment is well-equipped for a long-term stay and it's in a good part of the city. Our room was upgraded to include a balcony with a good view of the nearby park. Some parts of the room were a little dirty with some hair and bits of things, but it wasn't too bad.

We stay most weekend in the apartments. This time we stayed two weekends in a row and we ended up with bites all on our ankles. We think potentially from bedbugs.

Very near to the metro and excellent location, but the hotel was dated, old furniture and smelly room.

Overall experience was not good. I asked for a non smoking floor and not smoking room. I have been given a room that smelled like smoke like crazy. The bed was very very low and broken. I could feel the springs of the mattress coming out. Dirty walls. Only one switch to switch off the light and it is near the entrance door. Wardrobe door didn’t work. Air conditioner was not but not cooling down the room and very noisy. I should have asked for a refund.
