La camera era pulita, il letto era molto confortevole e il personale dell'hotel era cordiale e attento. Non è lontano da Guangzhou Chimelong e ci sono autobus che partono e scendono ogni giorno, il che è molto comodo. La colazione è deliziosa, soprattutto il porridge, che vale la pena assaggiare. Tutto sommato, questa volta sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno!

La posizione dell'hotel è tranquilla e il trasporto è comodo, ma è raggiungibile solo in auto. C'è un autobus navetta per Chimelong, che va bene, ma dopo aver visto il circo, devi aspettare un'ora per l'autobus di ritorno, che è un po' lungo, e non c'è posto dove fare shopping dopo il circo, quindi è meglio è un po' inutile. Inoltre, ci sono relativamente pochi posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze e ci sono anche pochi takeaway. Inoltre la strada per consegnarlo non è proprio vicina e l'hotel non te lo consegna, devi scendere a prenderlo tu stesso, il che è davvero scomodo. La camera era molto bella. Ho prenotato una camera doppia deluxe e il manager Huang alla reception mi ha spostato gratuitamente in una suite. La camera è molto più grande. Grazie mille. La stanza è pulita e inodore, l'illuminazione non è troppo vecchia, è degna di un cinque stelle, ma la moquette e il divano in tessuto presentano qualche segno del tempo. Per quanto riguarda cibo e bevande, la colazione dell'hotel non è stata eccezionale, è stata abbastanza soddisfacente. A Guangzhou, famosa per i suoi snack a base di tè, è un peccato che la colazione in un hotel a cinque stelle non rifletta le caratteristiche del tè spuntini. Il servizio è abbastanza buono Se hai bisogno di qualcosa puoi sempre ricevere una risposta tempestiva. È stato il manager Huang a gestire il check-in e il check-out, a lui va fatto un elogio speciale per essere stato molto entusiasta e meticoloso. Nell'hotel non è presente alcun cameriere che possa aiutare a trasportare i bagagli, il che crea un po' di confusione.

Excellent service. Situated in a quiet and luscious location. The VR room is spacious and beautifully decorated.

Until now I see it as one of the best options in Guangzhou, The location itself is very great.. You have the whole star river around you by walking.. multiple shopping stores and restaurants around you inside star river resort. Only one disappointed point, the swimming pool is not only for hotel users. So you will see it very crowded and noisey with a lot of children.

All was good with the room. Big, huge bed. Some issues with communication. No info given at check in. Pool and gym are open to the public - double check if the outdoor pool is open as it wasn’t when I stayed there. Breakfast was pretty sparse for western tastes. Nothing much around the hotel but a nice walking around by the river. Starbucks in the lobby with a patio outside.

They were really kind. The hotel was really beautiful. It was good to be in a resort a bit outside of the city.

Excellent service in this hotel from everyone. Special mention to Victoria from the front desk. The staff are very attentive to your needs and very welcoming. Will definitely be staying here during my future business trips. Rooms are also nice, big and clean. Had a wonderful stay!

Good location but my room smelled like old water/ mildew. The toilet was oddly shaped to sit on like thin.

This is a fantastic hotel with great food choices and swimming pools. We arrived in kind of late, the front desk gave us upgrade to a family room, all my family really enjoyed the experience especially my two kids. Will definitely come back to stay this hotel again in the future.
