First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

Good service but spa has sections out of use.

Good solid hilton hotel located near LHR T5. Airport hoppa bus service provides a direct link from airport to hotel for a charge. Excellent full English breakfast is great value if you pre purchase at the front desk upon check in (£12). Note similar hotels within the LHR area are charging £20+. Enjoy your stay!

Overall good hotel. Nice clean rooms and the breakfast was okay.

Tried calling the hotel to find out about the shuttle to see if I could get from the airport to the hotel, phone rang endlessly, no response. Eventually had to get a very expensive taxi since information was hard to come by (Google maps doesn't include the H5H bus service which is turns out is the one to get). It's worth noting that the shuttle price not included in the exorbitant room fee, neither is breakfast. The following morning I called the front desk several times from the bedroom phone, again ringing endlessly, no response. Must have tried for about 10 minutes. Shower faucets and fixings were missing covers making the shower look neglected. Bedroom lights didn't have any convenient way to turn them off before going to bed meaning having to fumble around to get the many lights turned off. Light switches were only positioned next to one of the two single beds. Breakfast was decent with a slightly better selection than other hotels, but for the price of £25 I would absolutely have avoided it if I had any other options. Bar the stunning interior and above-average breakfast selection this is a bog-standard hotel, not worth the asking price at all.

We chose to stay in Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 was primarily for convenience as we had a flight the following morning. There was some up and down mainly due to initial impression from front desk (very rude and unhelpful). Pro's - Clean room - Spacious - Bed was confortable - Decent view - Assisted with printing off paper work for our flight - Shuttle to airport is available* Con's - Front desk was very unwelcoming and rude (had issue with checking in, due to some issue with C-Trips representative payment not working; though we paid and secured room via C-Trip several day before which included an invoice and email confirmation; Front desk did not help and didnt want to assist "deal with it yourself" attitude)＞ very distressing as we potentially had to pay again for the room (making us pay twice). - Hourly airport shuttle available but had to pay (should have inform guest, rather than finding out when we got onto the shuttle bus and catching us by surprise, as we would have rather booked a taxi) - Abit secluded

Arrived late ( midnight) after plane delays. Queue to checkin … about 25 minutes wait. Room was very cold - no heating on at all despite booking earlier. Nicely laid out but only one working usb socket. Very expensive for what I got. Shower was ok but took a while to get warm…. I could not work out how to lift the plug out so the bath filled with shower water and I had to leave it like that when I checked out.

Always enjoy staying here Great service great food home away from. I always rest well here I must admit. Love watching the planes taking off and landing. Amazing hotel I brought my wife here for her birthday to relax and she also rested well I will be booking here again

Good hotel with breakfast and big rooms

Stayed here after a cancelled flight. Was quite a distance from airport. Long line at check-in. Elevators not working. I also got an over-priced accessible room so no closed shower. Finally, got a spider bite that took a month to heal. May have all been bad luck, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again.
