Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel, il personale della reception è molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Offrono acqua ogni giorno, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto, così come il servizio lavanderia gratuito e i prodotti da bagno (shampoo, sapone, ecc.). La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno, il che è stato molto gradito. Abbiamo anche avuto una camera con finestra, anche se ne avevamo prenotata una senza, quindi ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Nel complesso, bella camera e ottima posizione, con la metropolitana e la fermata dell'autobus molto vicine, che vi porteranno ovunque. E molti posti dove mangiare. Un mercato di prodotti freschi proprio sotto l'hotel. Alcuni aspetti negativi: le finestre non hanno doppi vetri, quindi si sente un po' di rumore dalla strada, non molto, ma un po' sì. L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocco in termini di riparazioni, credo che le foto scattate non siano fedeli al 100% all'aspetto dell'hotel, soprattutto delle aree comuni. Infine, forse un cartello al piano inferiore, vicino all'ascensore, in inglese, che indichi che la hall dell'hotel si trova al 4° piano.

Beh, non so cosa dire dell'hotel, forse è successo solo alla mia camera o a me... Spero che l'hotel migliori il servizio in futuro :-)

The reception was really clean and friendly, and since they spoke English, it was easy to communicate. Everything was close by, and they cleaned very well every day.

Very nice hotel, location is excellent near the subway and food street. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Good room. It is very close to metro station. Very friendly staff. The hotel is far from major attractions tho but if you travel all day and just want to come to room to sleep it should not be a issue for you.

Unexpectedly, I got an upgrade. My room is very spacious and the location is good only few steps away from train station and bus station. The restaurants and eateries around the area are cheaper and more delicious compared to the Beijing Road which is more expensive thats why I eat first around the area befoge going to the attractions.

Reasonably clean, friendly, close to plenty of eateries, and subway. It's alright for the price, but don't then expect 5 or even 3-star accommodations. Heck, it's a clean bed and toilet, don't stay in the hotel room when on holiday!!!
