Good hotel with quiet place, near to subway station and good service

Room is tiny as expected of a hotel in the city, but clean. Smoke from the corridor do enter the room so be prepared. Corridor smell like smoke too. Staff is helpful to keep a package that I forgot to bring home and I could return to collect it. Thanks v much!

The staff were all very polite. Whenever we encountered any issues, they were very patient in explaining things, making us feel very welcome. In particular, the receptionist from Guangxi was very courteous. The location is convenient, being close to the metro. Every employee we met had a great service attitude. The rooms were clean and tidy, offering great value for the price. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The receptionist Ms Ding is very friendly, staff are generally very friendly and warm. Room is very clean and spacious. Convenient location, very easy to order food and items as they have the robot assistant to send it directly to the room. Staff also offered late checkout at 3pm (original checkout time was 12pm), very kind and helpful of them to do so.

Highly recommended for thus hotel.The front desk ladies service is really good and the hotel room is very clean.Location wise us very convenient and near to MRT station.

My group, 5 families, have mix feelings of this hotel. We like : night shift staff Ms Liao. She is cheerful & helpful. We also it cleanliness , bed, toilet facilities..& AI “ siew du”. We dislike: the misleading hotel name and room description ( actual doesn’t match that of Trip .com website).

Great and convenient

The room was clean and what I had expected, check in was fast and smooth and the front desk was friendly and helpful as well. The location is alright but a little awkward because it’s not very near Beijing road (the touristy street) but it’s not super far either. Walkable in the winter months but during this time of the year, walking there is unbearable. One thing that the room didn’t have was a chair and table so it was a little inconvenient to eat my takeout.

Newly renovation! Awesome stay! Super near to Metro station and nearby have good food! Thank you for the good hospitality & services! Keep it up!

Excellent service, very accommodating staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable, shower facilities were very good. Location central and near the underground and tourist attractions (within walking distance or an affordable Didi ride away) ☺️

Room is cosy and hi tech with ai support. Staff is super friendly. Cleaning Aunty always put on a great smile. The only down side is noise from outside can be heard even when middle of night. Location with lots of food

The mrt station is just across the road of the hotel and the hotel and rooms are diffused with aromatic smell! Value for money.

Near train station and easy to locate Room was clean and tidy. Only things is the room is not sound proof. May not ideal for light sleeper. Receptionist is friendly and nice. Especially Xiao Ding she's very helpful. Will consider this hotel again for my next trip

Location need to travel to Beijing road but very near. Service good.
