Ho avuto un soggiorno confortevole per il prezzo Era di fronte alla scuola, quindi era comodo perché c'erano molti negozi e ristoranti. Ci sono molti caffè e puoi vedere il mare a pochi passi, quindi la posizione è molto buona. Sembra buono. Ciò che è stato deludente è stato che ho dovuto pagare per il parcheggio anche se sono rimasto.

Un hotel con strutture e ambiente relativamente buoni, non è lontano dal mare e dalla Red Street, è a pochi passi di distanza, c'è un'università accanto, quindi le strutture di supporto nelle vicinanze sono molto buone.

Centrally located in Hamra District, supermarkets and restaurants around. The service is average adequate , the place is clean and the Wi-Fi work. Normally for the price I would recommend a short stay. There are many hotels in the hamlet this trip with different standard. I will say this one is above average.

The stuff was very helpfull. The place need updates. It is not a 4 stars. it is more like 2 stars

I never went and tried canceling 1 minute after booking, they wouldn’t let me, rude and greedy. They still charged full price.

Great hotel in Hamra, u enjoyed very much and the hotel was good. Spacious suite on the 12th floor near the rooftop pool. Breakfast was in Seranda hotel just around the corner. Had a great experience being stuck in the elevator. Staff very friendly and really on a walking distance from everything.

Hotel was good, Average one. Rooms cleanliness were really good. Electricity is 24/7 but internet wasn’t good at all. Lobby is somehow small and breakfast is offered in another area/building. It’s a good value for money since it’s not expensive one

Everything else. Wifi never works, and since they have it set up with a login screen yoj need to type in your room number and passport every time to see even if it is working (disconnets after 10 mins). I stayed five nights and never once had a warm shower - always cold. I asked on first and second and third day, was told it was fixed and it seemed to be warm for a minute but not hot then went back to normal. I just gave up after third attempt to get them to fix. Also the maid kept taking dirty towel and not leaving clean on - I had to wait 45 minutes and called six times to get a towel after a very hot walk, even going to reception they said it will come to the room. The walls are also paper thin so if you have an adjoining room as I got you’ll hear the neighbours talking perfectly … or in my case head their noise all day and night Finally, don’t book because of the pool - the photo is deceptive they are advertising with. No way are you having a cocktail there, there isn’t a way to get one. Its actually got a broken table in front of the infinity view, trash pulled around everywhere, a old jacuzzi on its side rusty and more. The pool entry stairs are broken and can’t be used to get in and out - not that you would want to as there is little fish larvae or some kind of insects swimming around in a colony … like 50. It’s disgusting and the second I saw I got out never to return. Much like this hotel.

I’m extremely satisfied of this hotel, everything is amazing, from the workers in the reception to the room service and the housekeepers. The standard is very high, the rooms get cleaned every day. We can order whatever we want from the room service and we get it right after 5 minutes max. The hotel is in the center of beirut which makes it even more amazing, and to this price with this high quality, it is 100% a hotel i choose to stay at again.

Very nice hotel .. It was amzaing and clean though wifi connection is weak but other than that all was perfect .. its location is right in the middle of everything .. also the pool was small .. but definitely I would recommend it .. totally good experience

Overall it was a good hotel with a reasonable price. The staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. The internet wasn't that good, and the carpet and furniture were a bit old. The breakfast choices were limited.

El hotel es muy bueno, está muy bien ubicado y cercano a zonas turísticas. No me gustó tanto que el desayuno se sirviera en otro hotel, ubicado a 2 cuadras aprox; sin embargo, ello no fue motivo para que mi estadía fuera placentera. El personal es muy amable, pero tengan en cuenta que los ascensores son muy pequeños
