We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. One of the standout features is the free airport transfer service, which is incredibly convenient and efficient. The breakfast offered at the hotel is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. It's a perfect way to start the day! The staff deserve special mention for their kindness and attentiveness, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Nice hotel for a night before the flight or transit time. 10 mins from Airport. Where is a shuttle bus. Clean rooms. Breakfast: local food. I think need to add coffee for foreign tourists.

I arrived early morning at about 3am and the response from the hotel is very prompt and fast. The room is clean and lobby nicely decorated. Breakfast is simple but enough for us and we are glad that we include in our booking. If you transit in Guangzhou, i recommend this hotel. The front desk allowed us late checkout because of our time of departure. Convenient and up to our expectation. 2 points to note: (1) you have to contact the hotel via their China handphone or use wechat to add them and wait for their response (id number is the same.). (2) the appeared hotel name is different.

The hotel is very near the airport with lovely price, a clean and commodiousness reception area with cool design, I really like the bookshelf with sofas. Room is very clean, fresh, comfortable beds.

We booked the hotel at the last minute because our flight to Xi’an was cancelled but it was a good choice. The room was very clean and spacious and about 5km from the airport. There is not much around the hotel except for a Chinese restaurant nearby so for Muslims searching for halal food this might pose a problem. Although the staff doesn’t not speak English they try to help as much as they can through a translator app. I am especially grateful for them allowing us to check in really early (8:30 am) instead of making us wait until after 2pm.

I booked this hotel very last minute after my connecting flight was delayed and I didn’t fancy spending the night in the airport. Despite only sleeping here for about 4 hours, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, water pressure and temperature good and wifi fast…what more could you ask for in a hotel? The hotel was helpful when I contacted them by WeChat and advised me where to wait for the free hotel shuttle bus. It’s less than a ten minute drive to the hotel from the airport, but I did have to wait about fifteen minutes to be picked up. Check-in may be the fastest I’ve ever had as a foreigner anywhere in China! I will definitely choose here again if I have a long layover in Guangzhou.

The room was spacious and clean. There’s a robot who delivered food in our room. The hotel transfer was on time. I really liked my stay in this hotel.

The front desks service is excellent. The hotel has interesting robotic room service. Modern ambience and the breakfast is good. A plus point is the laundry services provided with washing and drying. Thumbs up 👍👍👍❣️

Overall very good experience, just the room is filled with smelly smoke, probably left by previous customer.

Hotel provided free shuttle bus service - pick up from airport. We arrived after midnight and called hotel from inquiry desk. Pick up was within 5 mins as it was already waiting.

The hotel has free airport pick up, however when I contacted the VC, there is no one to response to me as I arrived at mid-night. Will be nice if there is a wechat contact /webpage booking for foreigner to arrange/book for pick up in advance as I am travelling from overseas. My sim card only allowing for data but not including phone call. I must say the hotel is very clean and modern. Nice place to stay.
