We were three foreigners staying in a double bedroom and it was really comfortable and clean. The hotel is 20 to 30 minutes by taxi from the center of Guangzhou so the location is not the best for tourism but considering the price it is pretty much worth it. The facilities are new and don't smell so I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is 40-50 mins away ride to most attractions. It is relatively far for tourists shall this ur first time to guangzhou.
Though the receptions are helpful and kind to help us in few events which is plus point here.
Other than the space is spacious, the roome rather old and even 1 of our room AC is spoilt, with loud sound therefore we cannot use it. Lastly, on the one of our stay, there is water maintainance therefore no water between 11 pm to 7am morning, something that we never expect, would appreciate if the hotel has inform us earlier, we only found out about it from cleaning lady on that day itself.
Thankfully, the amenities is good! There is big shopping mall just smack right in front of the hotel! +++ point for this stay

The staff was extremely friendly and the room though small was very nice . I enjoyed my time here the staff especially made my time very comfortable . The subway is close by if you don’t mind walking there is also a bus stop where you can take the bus which is much closer than the metro . I would recommend 🙂🙂

È stata un'esperienza molto piacevole soggiornare al Pagoda Hotel. Le bellezze della reception erano tutte molto entusiaste. Xiao Min è stato molto gentile. È un hotel nuovo con un ottimo ambiente. I servizi in camera sono completi. Il gli articoli da toeletta usa e getta sono confezionati appositamente e lo shampoo viene utilizzato per il bagno. La rugiada è molto calda e c'è l'aromaterapia nella hall e nei corridoi. Tutta la persona sarà di ottimo umore. Anche la colazione è molto buona, con molti tipi. Ci aiuteranno a ricostituirlo in tempo. Il tè pomeridiano è degno di lode. È davvero ricco e ci sono molti cibi deliziosi. , e non costa niente, ahah, mi sento come se stessi guadagnando un sacco soldi.

UUtente ospiteUn'esperienza di soggiorno molto soddisfacente, davvero caldo e accogliente, pulito e ordinato! Quando sono arrivato in hotel il giorno del check-in, un giovane ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarmi a portare la valigia. Al momento del check-in alla reception, la ragazza ha immediatamente dato a me e al mio amico un bicchiere di limonata è stato un servizio così premuroso. La stanza non è grande o piccola, ma è pulita e ordinata. Anche il bagno e la toilette sono separati da umido e asciutto. Lo faranno fanno domande quando scendono di notte. Da ragazza, sono molto soddisfatta. Mi piacciono anche i souvenir dati quando lascio l'hotel. Ci tornerò la prossima volta che verrò a Guangzhou? In allegato c'è una foto della colazione. Anche la colazione è deliziosa, ma sarebbe meglio se potessi cambiare il riscaldamento attrezzature per la conservazione la prossima volta~

UUtente ospiteQuesta è la prima volta che soggiorno in un hotel Element, anche se ho soggiornato in molti altri alberghi Marriott. Sono deluso dagli standard di servizio dell'hotel; la mia stanza è polverosa e mal tenuta. Capisco che l'hotel è giovane, ma se il tasso di soggiorno generale è alto, la direzione dovrebbe intervenire. Anche il personale del front office è poco addestrato e alcuni di loro sono intimidatori. Lo staff non ha idea di cosa puoi fare a GZ, quindi pianifica in anticipo. Tuttavia, il personale della portineria è più cortese e disponibile ad assistere rispetto alla reception. Si spera che possano riaccedere e formare la reception, poiché sono il primo punto di contatto e ciò creerà un'impressione per l'hotel.
Element e Four Points condividevano la stessa palestra e piscina. Le camere sono ampie e spaziose, ma tenete presente che l'hotel non fornisce balsamo per capelli; invece usano uno shampoo e un balsamo per capelli due in uno, cosa che non mi piace; fortunatamente avevo il mio.
L'ambiente dell'hotel è estremamente rilassante e piacevole di notte, ed è a pochi passi dalla metropolitana. Tre hotel Marriott condividono lo stesso parco e sono collegati da un passaggio coperto. La stazione della metropolitana è convenientemente situata vicino a numerose attrazioni, come Beijing Lu Street, a sole 7 fermate di distanza, e Gongyuanli, dove il mercato all'ingrosso dell'abbigliamento è a sole 4 fermate di distanza.

DDonThe location is very good with proximity to plenty of eateries in K11 mall which is right below , near bars and close to all the major financial institutions if you are traveling for business purposes. I choose a room with canton tower view and the view was excellent ! Totally unblocked and you can view the entire 珠江area and is very beautiful at night when all the structures lights are on. The room were nicely decorated with Chinese style displays. The fascinating thing is the hotel actually provides the world’s best Dyson hairdryer unlike those typical 5 star hotel which only provides the usual 300w Phillips hairdryer which is weak. The only downside is the old TV and the limited unstable inhouse TV program and the long waiting time for check in.

Siamo anche grati a uno dei loro dipendenti, Xiao.Prima del viaggio ho chiamato l'hotel per organizzare il pick-up aeroportuale quando torniamo a Guangzhou. Xiao ha preso la mia chiamata, poi tramite WeChat ha aiutato a fare l'accordo. Il giorno reale, tuttavia, avevamo un piccolo hiccup, ma era stato risolto rapidamente; il mio numero di contatto non era un numero locale e il conducente che doveva prendere noi non poteva contattarmi.
Liu Xiao, che era fuori quel giorno, doveva contattare il conducente e me per arrivare all'hotel per prendere l'autobus, così grazie per il personale che ha fatto il miglio di più per assicurarci che siamo stati raccolti in modo sicuro e trasportati all'hotel.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

KKarineHo scelto questo hotel a causa della sua posizione e il fatto è ha una piscina interna. La piscina era molto tranquilla e permette una giusta pista di nuoto. Veramente buona. Tuttavia c'era un cattivo odore nella stanza e piccoli voli nella stanza di bagno. Il flusso di bagno non funzionava e faceva rumore tutta la notte. Ho informato il personale di mattina e l'hanno sistemato immediatamente. In generale, una piacevole esperienza, soprattutto a causa della piscina. Nonostante il malo odore, probabilmente tornerò indietro, spero che la mia prossima stanza sarà migliore.Anche le foglie erano pulite.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
