Hotel Borrman a Guangzhou

“Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff – Just a Small Suggestion for Improvement” I recently stayed at the Boardman Hotel in Guangzhou and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Firstly, I would like to commend two staff members for their exceptional service. Mr. Liang, who works the night shift, and Ms. LaijiaLing, who works during the day, were both incredibly helpful and always smiling. Their positive attitude and friendly demeanor helped reduce any issues and made the stay more comfortable. I truly believe that their professionalism and kindness make a big difference in guest satisfaction. However, I would like to suggest one area for improvement. During breakfast in the hotel restaurant, I noticed that one female staff member spoke quite loudly and even shouted at times, which disturbed the peaceful atmosphere. I advise that all staff be reminded to speak respectfully and calmly, especially in guest areas. This would help ensure a more relaxing environment for everyone. The hotel’s cleanliness and location were excellent. It is situated in a prime area with easy access to public transportation, just a minute’s walk from the metro. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with no unpleasant smells or disturbances. Overall, I highly recommend the Boardman Hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and convenient location. With just a little attention to communication tone and consistency in staff behavior, it can provide an even better experience for all guests.

My favourite stay in Zhongda because near to fabrics market. Generally, it was a good hotel. Room always facing to Canton Tower which I love. As this was 4th stay, I found the cleanliness a bit deteriorate. Found hair on the floor. Bathroom had a smell odor. But their housekeeping was good. Asked anything from extra water bottle etc, they just give it without question. Hopefully they can maintain every thing again.

Just a very basic hotel with not much to report about, location is ok but not super close to any subway stations, there is a lot of local shops nearby but i found as a tourist i kept booking a taxi to the big shopping malls. The price is also really high because of its location and since you need to get a larger room otherwise its too small. You get free breakfast included with certain room packages and I think theres massage and more on floor 4, also laundry room floor 8. Amenities are ok. One annoying thing is that in my room there is no remote for AC and I had to keep going to the door to adjust the AC

What u pay for is what you get, Standard economic motel with aged design and furnitures. Cigarettes smell everywhere…

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è fantastica!Dal momento che entrano nel salone dell'hotel, posso sentire l'entusiasmo e la professionalità del personale, gestire l'alloggio è molto efficiente, e introducere attrazioni e ristoranti circostanti in modo intime.La stanza è caldamente elegante, igienico, morbido e confortevole, e buona notte. La progettazione di separazione secca del bagno è ragionevole, la qualità dei bagni è on-line, e i dettagli sono molto utili.Il tipo di colazione è ricco, ci sono punti di ristorazione cinese-ovest, le uova di latte e i pasti locali sono particolarmente deliziosi.La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, è conveniente per la gita, il negozio intorno e la stazione metropolitana sono molto vicini. Il rapporto di prezzo è eccezionale, la prossima volta scelgo qui!

As a Filipino visiting in a foreign country (especially not tourist friendly city because most people doesn’t speak english and all signages and writings are in Chinese) Here are my top review: 1. As soon as we checked in, receptionist doesn’t understand english but tried their best to be accommodating and used google translate. And all of our requests has been assisted properly. And all questions, recommendations were also answered. Staff were awesome and friendly! 2. Booked a 2 single bed room and the room is spacious and clean. And wow! The beds are so comfortable. Love their comforter/duvet and pillows are clean and comfy also. 3. Complete amenities and they refill them everyday even if you didn’t the previous ones. 4. Location is very convenient because there is a restaurants, coffeeshop, bank and 24/7 convenience store beside the hotel. And when booked a taxi (didi) the drop off/pick up point is a few steps away only. 5. I travelled with a friend and we really had a hard time finding a hotel that has a private bathroom since most hotel in Guangzhou has a see-through bathroom. Good thing Borrman has some privacy. Over all i’m recommending this hotel to my friends if ever they’re gonna visit Guangzhou. ❤️❤️❤️

Una stanza compatta, ok, il parcheggio richiede una certa tecnologia per entrare. È comprensibile. Questo posto è molto buono con un posto.Il ristorante dell'hotel è buono per mangiare!

來浪漫海岸，入住喜來登是第一次，隔壁酒店温德姆倒是來了好多次了，前台小李得知我們是浪漫海岸回頭客了，給我們升級了海景房間，房間景觀也很不錯，辦理入住時候也給小朋友送了個小禮品（卡皮巴拉公仔），小孩很喜歡；房間的設施設備很齊全，衞生乾淨床鋪舒適，陽台可以看到海，去海邊也近；關於吃的：①夜宵 昨天晚上抵店時候晚上了，我們想吃夜宵，小李也給我們推薦了一些（燒烤糖水之類的）；②午飯 今天中午我們也去了當地飯店吃飯（性價比還蠻高，又方便停車，環境還不錯）；因為小朋友喜歡在水上樂園玩耍，今天上午我們玩了之後再出去吃午飯的，下午還給我們作了延遲退房，很人性化的管理，小李服務真的很不錯；這次出行整體住下來很舒服，行程沒有太緊湊，不緊不慢，身心也得以放鬆，這大概就是旅行的意義吧[呲牙][呲牙]

Inoltre!La stanza è pulita!Il pavimento è lucido, il letto è pulito, e il bagno è lucido senza odore. 🪞 Il mio momento più importante di biancheria è il separatore secco, la pressione dell'acqua è abbastanza alta e stabile, l'acqua calda viene molto veloce, lavare il dia di biancheria supercure ~ 🚿 La decorazione complessiva è semplice e luminosa, la luce è molto buona (fotografia è buona! 📸), vivere è comodo e tranquillo. 💖 Sentimento personale super reale: La posizione geografica è davvero magnifica!Andare a giocare a fondo è facile ridere, e il cibo in basso è ancora più un penna di Dio, il Vangelo del poeta!Completamente soddisfatto del mio poeta è facile giocare + mangiare con il mio cuore! Il senso dello spazio è troppo guarito!Aprire la porta e lasciare che il tempo del viaggio diminuisca a metà.La sala è piena di cibo comprato al divano e guardare la TV, questo è il modo giusto per aprire le vacanze!😌 La pulizia pulita e pulita è fondamentale, ma il buon lavoro è un punteggio aggiuntivo!La salute qui mi fa vivere molto tranquillo, non devi più essere pulita, e tenere il cuore!Il servizio di ricetta dell'hotel è anche abbastanza buono! La stanza è grande e pulita. Ci sono anche stazioni di fornitura di cibo al piano di sotto. Perfettamente soddisfare tutti i tipi di pensieri di attenzione del nemico + mangiare!Sono stati elencati nella mia lista di risposta!❤️

Appena arrivato all'hotel, è stato attratto da un aspetto elegante e delicato.Entrare nell'aula, nascondere la luce calda e dolce, spazio spazioso e luminoso rendere la gente rilassata immediatamente. Il personale della reception ci accoglie con entusiasmo e il processo di permanenza è molto duro. Hanno sempre un sorriso gentile sul viso, che rende caldo il cuore della gente.
