Hotel a 3 stelle a Greenville

My family and I arrived at this hotel late last Sunday night as we had all traveled from across the country last minute to come see my dad who had a stroke and was taken to ECU’s hospital. While not a super fancy hotel, the staff made our stay exceptional. They went out of their way on numerous occasions to accommodate us all. From the front desk folks to the ladies working in the cafe, the level of care that they put into all of our interactions was unmatched. Sadly, my father passed away 2 days after we arrived, but I will always be grateful to this hotel for giving us a safe, clean space to rest and grieve in.

We were here in Greenville because of a medical emergency with my husband's son. Your hotel could not have been more accommodating. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Benita at the front desk was so helpful, courteous and professional. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, everyone was friendly. Swimming pool area was clean. Cameron also working at the front desk was also very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Sandra one of the hostesses In the restaurant was also helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

I’ve spent the past 7 months staying here for work and I can’t imagine a more enjoyable experience considering the time I spend away from home and my family. They’re always warm and friendly and unbelievably accommodating. They always take care of special requests and nothing is too big of an ask, it seems. Stellar customer service, beautiful and very clean rooms, and the restaurant, Julep, is OUT OF THIS WORLD! If you’re looking to be treated right in Greenville, this is the only place to stay.

Great hotel and convenient to a lot of restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Stay here every time I am in the area. The rooms could be bigger, but they are always clean. The bed is pretty comfortable. I would suggest a room on the first floor. Less noisy

A great place to stay with reasonable rates and clean rooms. Being pet friendly without pet fees is a huge plus for me. Other pet friendly hotels in the area charge unreasonable rates per pet per day. Also, Dena has always proved great customer service.

La mia madre e io siamo andati a Greenville NC la prima notte che abbiamo soggiornato al Quality Inn.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza in un posto chiamato In Town Suites , è stato orribile. Era sporco e odore, quindi siamo tornati a Quality Inn perché era pulito e vicino al cibo e ai negozi e ci siamo sentiti al sicuro. Siamo rimasti per 8 notti e l'unico negativo è che non ci hanno detto che se fossimo entrati e diventati membri avremmo ottenuto un sconto che era su di noi. Sicuramente li consigliamo ma controllare i sconti. I dipendenti erano molto gentili e accoglienti.
