Everything was great but the breakfast could of been better but I will be booking again

Stayed for the night with my kids and almost midnight the person in the next room was being extremely loud and had a basketball game on the tv which was very loud. I called the front desk who called them but it didn’t make a difference at all.

Over all had a great stay, the property is clean but also there were places in the room that were covered in dust.

The property was in a great location for us. The lobby was very warm and welcoming. Check in was super easy. But when we go to the room, we noticed stains on the bed, carpet was very dirty and there was a trail of ants from the bathroom tub into the main area. The front desk manager was super nice and upgraded our room. The second room was
in much better condition and the bed was clean and super comfortable. We were there for 3 nights. The only other issue we encountered was that when they came each day to refresh the room, they were not consistent. One day we had no coffee, the next no tissues or toilet paper in the morning, and dirty towels were still on the floor. When we went to breakfast at 8:30 and there was little to no food. . Overall, not horrible. But attention to detail was lacking.

The staff was very nice however the cleanliness was very questionable. The first room I was put in literally had ants all over the bed and the headboard as well as the nightstand. It was gross. They changed my room but by that point I was already disgusted. The second room was fine however I will no longer be staying at this establishment when I visit Greenville . The building smells old and smoky. Breakfast was nice and again the staff was very nice and accommodating which I appreciated.

It was very loud at night. Big trucks on the parking lot were waiting for people for hours with a running engine. Whole night you can hear cars from a nearby big Main Street too. Very hard to sleep. Staff very nice, friendly and professional!!!

Room is not updated as I thought hallway smell a lot like smoke.Contractors parked all over the parking lot. Very lil space in parking lot.Hole behind my door was patched up all wrong. Curtains dirty in room ect..

The staff was very friendly. I would have given a higher rating but we had a horrible smell in our bathroom that the staff tried to help with but it came back. I would stay there again if there was not the smell.

Hotel smells like carpet powder, bathrooms are terribly small, and the beds are far from comfortable. I will not be staying here again
