Hotel in zona Johannes der Täufer Koptische Kirche, Graz

Secondo me troppo caro per il servizio offerto. Ottima la posizione, staff gentile. La camera pulita e accogliente ma niente di eccezionale. Le finestre erano su un cortile interno chiuso con tavoli e sedie abbandonati. Il parcheggio dell’hotel è pure a pagamento e anche caro (25 euro al giorno), abbiamo chiesto al momento del checkout se potevamo lasciare l’auto ancora qualche ora in garage e ci hanno detto di sì dandoci il talloncino per uscire. Poi però quando siamo partiti il talloncino non era valido e ci hanno chiesto il sovrapprezzo. In conclusione, per l’esperienza avuta, non è male ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è soddisfacente. Per quelle cifre si può trovare di meglio

Abbiamo prenotato per due notti tramite Booking. Al momento della prenotazione ho richiesto una culla in quanto ho un bambino di 4 mesi. La culla c’era ma la stanza che mi è stata data era nell’edificio adiacente a quello principale e per arrivarci c’erano delle scale. Scale che ho dovuto fare più volte al giorno con il passeggino. Ho fatto presente sia al check in che al check out il problema e al check out mi è stato detto che la prossima volta posso prenotare un’altra tipologia di stanza, sita nell’edificio principale. Peccato che il prezzo sia molto superiore. E comunque per due notti abbiamo pagato 290 euro, mica poco. Inoltre la stanza (numero 9) affacciava su un cortile interno molto brutto da vedere e rumoroso alle 7 di mattina. Segnalo inoltre che se la stanza viene prenotata direttamente tramite il loro sito, si ha uno sconto sul parcheggio adiacente. Noi poveri mortali che abbiamo prenotato su Booking invece abbiamo parcheggiato oltre il ponte difronte ad un prezzo comunque conveniente. Alcune note positive: ottima posizione dell’hotel e buona colazione. Per riassumere: mi aspettavo di più da un 4 stelle, servizio non all’altezza.

La catena NH utilizzata solitamente per lavoro, offre in questa città una posizione invidiabile che lo pone ai vertici anche per il turismo. Stanze confortevoli ed insonorizzate benissimo, canali italiani alla Tv . Garage al piano seminterrato convenzionato con l’Hotel ( € 18/giorno contro gli €/36 standard) che ne fa una comodità indiscussa per chi arriva in auto. Colazione di livello superiore e caffè Nespresso gratuito nelle camere con macchina inclusa ( idem per il the). L’hotel da direttamente accesso pedonale alla Karmelitan Platz (centro storico) mentre dalla parte posteriore da accesso ad un magnifico parco ove fare del footing o godersi il verde comodamente seduti sulle numerose panchine o sorseggiare qualche bevanda nei tipici chioschi dentro al parco.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico per tre notti e abbiamo utilizzato l'opzione 3 per 2 notti. Comprendeva la colazione e il parcheggio. La zona piscina è molto elegante e rilassante. La colazione è proprio ciò che desideri, ma ritieni che non sprechino tanto cibo quanto gli altri hotel. La posizione è ok, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni. Il personale è straordinario, abbiamo avuto alcune richieste e in pochi minuti sono state soddisfatte. Ritorneremo di sicuro.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per poco più di una settimana durante un viaggio di lavoro. Ho trovato l’hotel molto pulito, confortevole ed elegante. La posizione è sicuramente un punto forte: vicina alle principali vie di comunicazione per poter raggiungere facilmente l’hotel in auto, ed allo stesso tempo vicina al centro per potersi spostare a piedi. Colazione ampia e di qualità. Unico appunto: nonostante la regolazione della temperatura nella camera, durante le ore serali si percepiva un caldo un po’ eccessivo.

Stayed here for one night in April 2023 and thought it was fine. There is still reconstruction work going on on floor 1 but we didn't hear it. Did I hear it on the weekend? No. The junior suite was absolutely fine with a little balcony and a table outside. I am surprised this hotel doesn't have better reviews on here. POSITIVES: The room was very nice, bed was comfy and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent too. It is about 5 minutes to walk to the number 6 tram at the Friedhof St. Peter (Cemetery) stop from Moserhofgasse - this gets you into the city very quickly. NEGATIVES: There are only 5 very minor negatives about the stay here, which is the reason it only gets 4 out of 5. 1. Parking charges - you are nowhere near the middle of Graz but they would like you to park in their garage at a cost. Alternatively they offer you green zone parking on the street outside which is free, but only at the weekend. Why on earth they cannot come to some deal with the the BILLA supermarket next door is beyond me, as BILLA car parks are never full up. 2. The pillows were stupidly squashy and there were no spares/extra pillows in the room. 3. We were not offered a Wifi password when we arrived and used BILLA free wifi next door instead. 4. No spoons in the room. Granted they have a very nice Nespresso coffee machine and capsules but no spoons or stirrers for the coffee. The advert stated the room had a fridge - it didn't. 5. The HOTEL TV is a nuisance as the remote didn't work, neither did the HDMI socket. Why hotels switch off HDMI sockets on TVs is ridiculous - this is 2023 and we can bring our own devices, watch what we want on them and be able to plug them into the TV in the hotel. They need to fix this and regularly check their remote controls. If you are stuck for something to do on a Sunday, the Grazer Trödlermarkt (Fleamarket) is within walking distance of this hotel and although you probably won't buy anything, it is a real trip down memory lane looking at all the old junk that they have for sale there.

L'hotel sembra nuovo. Progettato in modo minimalista, riducendo i costi pur servendo l'essenziale. Un ostello, in effetti. Situato a più di 15 minuti in auto dal centro della città, l'hotel offre un parcheggio gratuito per attirare i residenti. Il trasporto pubblico è meno affidabile. La colazione è economica (€10,5), la scelta è comprensibilmente scarsa. In breve, è tranquillo, pulito e semplice.

Wir hatten reserviert. Das einchecken am Automaten ging problemlos und einfach. Um auf der Durchreise zu schlafen ist es mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Hotel liegt gleich neben der Autobahn und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind auch gleich daneben

La posizione è alla periferia di Graz. È meglio guidare lì. Le strutture in camera sono buone e tutto dovrebbe essere disponibile. Se vai a fare il check-in in un giorno non lavorativo, ricordati di chiamare per la password e ritirare tu stesso la tessera della camera.

This hotel is easy to get to and it only 10 mins drive to the airport. There is parking around the hotel and I was charged €8 to park overnight. I didn’t see any options for a hotel bus shuttle and in a previous stay I paid €20 for a taxi to/from the hotel My room was quite big with lots of room. The room looks updated and modern and there was a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV (hardly any English speaking channels) work table, lounge chair and side table to relax in. The room had air conditioning with an old thermostat, you could hear the air conditioning running but even if it was on for a long time I didn’t feel the room getting any cooler. In fact I had to open the window in the evening to cool the room down, I was facing the busy motorway so there was a lot of road noise from the open window. The bathroom was a good size, with room to put toiletries at the sink and a good shower Wifi was available throughout the hotel and worked fine. The hotel does have a fitness room but I didn’t use it. The hotel does have a small mini market at reception that you can buy snacks. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel I only stayed one night and the restaurant was only doing a buffet dinner at that time. I arrived to eat barely 20 minutes after the restaurant opened, but the food presented looked and tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours. The pork dish was oily, overcooked and chewy, the chips were a mixture of undercooked and overcooked and barely warm, the bread felt and tasted a couple of days old, the pasta was stodgy and the sauce was congealed. The salad, fruit and dessert options were fresh, but the selection was small. For the price of €20 I was disappointed I also had breakfast the next morning, it was €16, and again the food wasn’t that tasty and there was a limited selection Overall this hotel is clean comfortable hotel if you are staying before a flight, and I would stay here again, although I would be eating elsewhere
