Hotel in zona Double Spiral Stairs, Graz

La posizione della struttura è ottimale (nel vivace quartiere di Land ed a pochi passi dal centro storico). Le camere sono ben arredate ed il personale gentile e professionale. La colazione è varia ed anche qui il personale molto disponibile. Peccato abbia avuto qualche problema con la pulizia della stanza, poi risolto. Quale platinum member con Accor ho ricevuto i benefit a me spettanti con esclusione dell' amenity di benvenuto. Comunque lo consiglio.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico per tre notti e abbiamo utilizzato l'opzione 3 per 2 notti. Comprendeva la colazione e il parcheggio. La zona piscina è molto elegante e rilassante. La colazione è proprio ciò che desideri, ma ritieni che non sprechino tanto cibo quanto gli altri hotel. La posizione è ok, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni. Il personale è straordinario, abbiamo avuto alcune richieste e in pochi minuti sono state soddisfatte. Ritorneremo di sicuro.

I do not recommend staying at the B&B Hotel - Graz Hbf -- details are below, but to sum it up, the condition of the hotel room was not appropriate for guests and we should not have been booked, and nothing was done to resolve the horrible smell in the room. My family and I booked two rooms for a weekend in July to stay in Graz to attend the Austrian Grand Prix, and have a hotel in close proximity to the train station. Because there were 4 people in our group, we needed to book two rooms. We were traveling with our young children so we requested rooms near to each other and were assigned rooms next door to each other. The smell and odor in one of the rooms that I was staying in with one of my children was horrible. It was coming from the shower drain, like something was rotting or clogged in there. It smelled as though someone vomited or put something decaying in the shower drain, along with cigarette smoke. It made the entire room smell disgusting. I spoke to the front desk attendant on Saturday morning and was told housekeeping would attend to it immediately. When we returned Saturday evening after being away all day, the smell was still overpowering. I was told the hotel was full and nothing could be done for us. I had the nighttime desk attendant come up to smell the room. I again spoke to the front desk attendant on Sunday morning and was told the room had been checked but nothing could be done. I asked her to please go into the room to understand the terrible smell and to move our room for Sunday night. We were moved to another room that evening since there were rooms available then. Even though it was not very warm outside, both rooms were also very warm, the air conditioning not appearing to be working. The windows did not have screens on them, so if we opened them to try to cool off the rooms (and also to air out the smell in the one room), the room would fill with moths. The condition of the one room was not appropriate for a guest to stay in, and it was an even bigger problem that no one could do anything to fix it. The multiple people at the hotel desk that we spoke with said nothing could be done because it was a weekend and the hotel was full on the Saturday evening. We were unable to sleep because the rooms were so warm and the smell in the one room made us feel ill. They could not provide a cot or roll-away so that all of us could stay in one room instead. I was later told by the hotel management: ”On Saturday morning the room was immediately checked after you spoke with the front deck, and the shower drain was opened and deeply cleaned. We just found out later that it didn't help, as it should, because a brand new part of the drain was needed.” Clearly from this message, there was a serious issue with the plumbing in the room. The condition of the room was not appropriate for guests to stay in it, and we should not have been placed there. Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per poco più di una settimana durante un viaggio di lavoro. Ho trovato l’hotel molto pulito, confortevole ed elegante. La posizione è sicuramente un punto forte: vicina alle principali vie di comunicazione per poter raggiungere facilmente l’hotel in auto, ed allo stesso tempo vicina al centro per potersi spostare a piedi. Colazione ampia e di qualità. Unico appunto: nonostante la regolazione della temperatura nella camera, durante le ore serali si percepiva un caldo un po’ eccessivo.

Questo è stato il primo, ma non l'ultimo viaggio in Austria e hai fatto il nostro soggiorno perfetto.ci sentivamo a casa e tutti i dipendenti erano amici e di aiuto,L'hotel era in una posizione molto buona per tutti i modi di trasporto.Chiunque visitasse Graz sarebbe stato più felice di rimanere lì. Mia moglie e io vorrei ringraziare tutti i membri del personale per aver fatto il nostro soggiorno grande.

Plus points - the location is good and the rooms are a decent size with decent facilities Minus points - the staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss - some where great, some not so helpful. The room service was a bit patchy - one day no towels, another day tea and coffee not replenished. The parking was also not ideal - I booked this hotel because it had hotel parking. I arrived around 10pm and was told the car park was full and I'd have to find somewhere to park myself either on the road outside or search the internet for a car park close by! Not really what I wanted to hear having travelled for around 12 hours - fortunately there was one remaining space fairly close which was a relief. We were lucky for the remainder of our stay that we managed to get a space in the undeground car park. If you do get a space the car park is really good - well lit, modern and easy to park with good room for each parking space. Overall our stay was ok.

L'hotel sembra nuovo. Progettato in modo minimalista, riducendo i costi pur servendo l'essenziale. Un ostello, in effetti. Situato a più di 15 minuti in auto dal centro della città, l'hotel offre un parcheggio gratuito per attirare i residenti. Il trasporto pubblico è meno affidabile. La colazione è economica (€10,5), la scelta è comprensibilmente scarsa. In breve, è tranquillo, pulito e semplice.

La posizione è alla periferia di Graz. È meglio guidare lì. Le strutture in camera sono buone e tutto dovrebbe essere disponibile. Se vai a fare il check-in in un giorno non lavorativo, ricordati di chiamare per la password e ritirare tu stesso la tessera della camera.

Wir hatten reserviert. Das einchecken am Automaten ging problemlos und einfach. Um auf der Durchreise zu schlafen ist es mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Hotel liegt gleich neben der Autobahn und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind auch gleich daneben

This hotel is easy to get to and it only 10 mins drive to the airport. There is parking around the hotel and I was charged €8 to park overnight. I didn’t see any options for a hotel bus shuttle and in a previous stay I paid €20 for a taxi to/from the hotel My room was quite big with lots of room. The room looks updated and modern and there was a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV (hardly any English speaking channels) work table, lounge chair and side table to relax in. The room had air conditioning with an old thermostat, you could hear the air conditioning running but even if it was on for a long time I didn’t feel the room getting any cooler. In fact I had to open the window in the evening to cool the room down, I was facing the busy motorway so there was a lot of road noise from the open window. The bathroom was a good size, with room to put toiletries at the sink and a good shower Wifi was available throughout the hotel and worked fine. The hotel does have a fitness room but I didn’t use it. The hotel does have a small mini market at reception that you can buy snacks. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel I only stayed one night and the restaurant was only doing a buffet dinner at that time. I arrived to eat barely 20 minutes after the restaurant opened, but the food presented looked and tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours. The pork dish was oily, overcooked and chewy, the chips were a mixture of undercooked and overcooked and barely warm, the bread felt and tasted a couple of days old, the pasta was stodgy and the sauce was congealed. The salad, fruit and dessert options were fresh, but the selection was small. For the price of €20 I was disappointed I also had breakfast the next morning, it was €16, and again the food wasn’t that tasty and there was a limited selection Overall this hotel is clean comfortable hotel if you are staying before a flight, and I would stay here again, although I would be eating elsewhere
