Hotel in zona Parish of Ss. Justus and Pastor, Granada

I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .

Ottima sistemazione nel centro storico di Granada, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale e dalla Capilla real, 10-15 dall'Albaizyn e 20 dall'Alhambra. Camera molto spaziosa, con cucina ben rifornita, letti comodi, bagno semplicemente enorme con doccia e vasca. A/C ben funzionante e silenziosa. Appartamento pulito e moderno. Non posso dare il massimo per i problemi al check-in e check-out: tempi di attesa troppo lunghi al check-in perchè c'è un solo addetto a dover badare a tutto. inoltre, anche se avevo già fatto il check-in online e avevo già pagato, ho dovuto rifare il check-in e ridare tutti i documenti, non si sa perchè. Al check-out l'ascensore dello stretto parcheggio era rotto e non abbiamo potuto ritirare l'auto per 30 minuti. A parte le scuse, nessun altro ristoro. Considerando che il parcheggio costa 22€/notte, ci si aspetterebbe un servizio migliore. NB Non fanno servizio colazione/ristorazione. Solo suite. nessun servizio pulizia giornaliero (solo per soggiorni oltre una settimana)

Posizione ottima. Reception gentilissima e disponibile. Ci hanno dato gratuitamente la culla. Purtroppo però nonostante ci avessero assicurato in sede di check-in che avremmo potuto usufruire del ristorante dell’albergo per la pappa della nostra bimba di 1 anno, il personale del ristorante si è dimostrato sempre scorbutico e ineducato. In più, in una occasione, la pappa della bambina invece che in un piatto ci è stata data in un cartone. Vergognoso. È stata una enorme mancanza di rispetto verso di noi e verso la bambina. Non ci tornerò mai più.

La stanza è molto pulita e confortevole.La nostra famiglia è molto piacevole.La casa è situata nella zona di Granada, con il traffico conveniente, intorno a comodità di shopping e di mangiare.Katherine, la proprietaria della casa, è molto entusiasta e attenta a tutto il viaggio.Granada è molto bella.

I arrived early and so left my bags at the hotel while I went about my day. I came back and my bags had been put in my room. The room smelled lovely (although I was a bit concerned my asthma might play up, it didn't). The bed was really comfortable as well and the location was not busy so roads around we're good. The shower was wonderful and big! I chose it because it was close to the train station and had to walk with my luggage there, but it was less than 10 minutes.

È un hotel decente a un prezzo accessibile, ma le strutture e le strutture a letto mancano tanto quanto il prezzo. Ci sono pochi passi dai luoghi turistici, quindi si deve prendere un autobus o camminare circa 20 minuti. Se si acquista in anticipo, altri hotel sarebbero buoni se fossero economici e costosi.

Stato per 2 notti in una stanza solo. Personale pulito e molto amichevole. Le camere hanno un buon mini frigo, e c'è una cucina accanto alla ricezione con un caldaia, microonde, cucina e vasca. Stanza di autobus fuori va all'Alhambra per € 1.40. Buona selezione di bar al di fuori dell'hotel, e circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla Catedral, o Bib Rambla tutto sull'appartamento. All'inizio della strada stretta all'hotel è un giro. Ecco l'hotel sorella del Marquis - grande per colazione. Uova scrambled, pane, coffee and a large bowl of fruit & yogurt will set you up for the day for less than €10. Just around the corner you can catch the C32 bus to Albaicin for €1.40. Lovely views going up a very steep climb. Vieni alla piazza St Nicolas, al piano di sopra. Vi sono alcuni caffè vicino alla piazza dove si può godere di un caffè o birra, con le più sorprendenti viste dell'Alhambra, poi catturare l'autobus o camminare in collina (circa 20 minuti) indietro nel centro. Eravamo preoccupati per guidare e parcheggiare a Granada, quindi parcheggiamo in una piccola città fuori di Granada, chiamata El Fargue (venendo da Murcia), e catturava l'autobus N8. Costo €1.40, e viaggia in basso per l'unica strada principale ogni ora, poco dopo l'ora, a Jardines del Triunfo, che è l'altra estremità della principale Gran Via de Colon - un cammino a 15 minuti dall'hotel o un taxi di 5 minuti. N8 Bus torna a El Fargue dalla stessa posizione a metà dell'ora. Salvato lo stress e le spese di guida e parcheggio nella città. Molto successo. Lo faremo di nuovo, e rimarremo anche al Marquis Urban.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel due sole notti con formula B&B. Hotel relativamente nuovo e in posizione centrale e comoda per arrivare in centro a piedi in pochi minuti. Il parcheggio viene offerto a pagamento dall'hotel ma noi siamo stati fortunati e in una piccola via vicino abbiamo trovato un parcheggio gratuito. Consiglio quindi di fare questa fatica anche perché poi non toccherete più la macchina. Al check in abbiamo scoperto che l'hotel offriva 90minuti di spa gratuita (abbiamo fatto ed é molto carina con varie vasche calde e fredde) e due bottiglie d'acqua che ci attendevano nel frigo bar in camera. Pensiero molto gradito visto il caldo. La colazione é a buffet salata e dolce e molto varia, sicuramente un punto a favore. Lascio quattro stelle solo per il fatto che ho trovato il letto ed il cuscino tremendamente scomodi, avremmo potuto chiedere una sostituzione ma visto il poco tempo di soggiorno non abbiamo chiesto.

Excellent hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Pablo on check in. The lobby and rooms were all luxurious and spotless. Breakfast had a great selection and the tourista set lunch was excellent, again served by friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's not central in the old town but has very reasonable parking rates and only a 5-6 euro taxi to the centre. Thanks for a lovely stay!
