I had a great stay at Barceló Granada Congress. My room had a great view overlooking mountains.The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station and also many other main bus routes. The city is mostly walkable so it's only about 20mins walk to the city center from the hotel. The room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. Most of the essentials amenities were also provided.

酒店距阿宮有一定距離,需要打車。對自由行遊客來説位置無優勢。酒店入住政策非常奇葩,攜程訂單及護照提供都不行,還需要每個客人在卡片上填寫個人訊息,詳細到門牌號,查户口嘛!且需要用英文填寫,你咋不要求用格拉納達語填寫呢!

五星級酒店的價格,一星級的服務。 晚上洗澡時發現房間沒有熱水,打電話給總枱後來了維修人員兩次,都沒辦法修好。之後我們就被晾在那裡了,前後共一個多小時未果。因為已經是晚上11點多了,實在是很想休息了,於是就打電話給總話給總枱,總枱的回覆衹有:等待再等待,不可以換房間。實在沒辦法了,衹好穿上衣服下樓去總枱當面交涉,好説歹説在我們的反覆要求下才不情不願地給我們換了另外一個房間,從來沒有碰到過這樣的酒店服務,酒店設施壞了修不好不應該及時為客人換房間嗎?這是最起碼的服務。房價高達2500多人民幣一晚的所謂的五星級酒店酒店,連最基本的尊重客人的服務意識都沒有嗎?難道是説我們受到了不公正的種族歧視?至於酒店設施之類的也根本達不到五星酒店的標準,洗手槽的下水是壞的!
