I truly liked my room with a wonderful view, enjoyed the super yummy breakfast and also enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel lobby during the evening hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I honestly loved the overall atmosphere and spirit of the hotel.⁣ ⁣⁣ The hotel is a perfect place to stay for business people, couples, friends, families, and solo travelers like me. ⁣ ⁣ Also, I’d add that there is complimentary fitness and wellness area on the top floor. Highly recommended!⁣⁣

Eravamo ora per la terza o persino la quarta volta in Quality 11 e finora erano sempre molto soddisfatti. La posizione sul fiume e la vista sulla città e l'alve è già una volta, giorno come la notte. Questa volta siamo stati molto delusi. Quando siamo arrivati alle 15:30 di domenica, la stanza era ancora in stato come aveva lasciato i nostri predecessori, può accadere, dopo un drink vicino, era così lontano. Alla reception ci fu chiesto se volevamo fare la stanza ogni giorno. Sì, per favore, naturalmente, abbiamo detto. Lunedi': Non si puliva la stanza, solo le cascate erano vuote, altrimenti niente. Quindi, segnalalo di nuovo alla reception. Lo prende in considerazione e promette .... Martedì: Lavato i rifiuti, non si lava polvere, non si fanno letti, semplicemente niente. Segnalalo di nuovo alla reception. Si noti, si promette di non succedera' nulla .... L'armadio che si mette nel doccia per cambiare viene lasciato. Un'armatura che si è messo sul pavimento non viene scambiata, ma riposata (!). Catastrofe, così! - Solo quando si riprende il mercoledì e ora si fa un po' peggio, alle 17:00 viene una donna che pulisce la stanza, l'hotel è pieno, non si arriva al ... La stanza viene pulita e anche i letti vengono freschi. Generale: L'hotel è venuto in qualche anno e merita di essere rinfrescato da un po'. altra: Il suolo in tutti gli ascensori è sporco e non viene mai succhiato. Colazione: Ricca, fresca, non abbiamo nulla da esporre. Tipptop! Ristorante: Sono molto precoce e carino. Tutti. Il cibo è buono, il vino anche. personale m e w, molto carino e messo.

Scandic Europa is the perfect location to stop if you ate going to a concert at the Ullevi stadium. Located right by the main station. The rooms were adequate and the breakfast excellent. We did have a couple of issues that were immediately sorted out so nothing negative to say. We left very early in the morning, Uber was on time and we were provided with breakfast boxes. Overall a very good choice.

Hotel molto centrale situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Super bel servizio alla reception e fantastico servizio nel bar di anguille, si deve visitare questo bar. Belle camere pulite e personale amichevole. Un po'diffuso al colazione e difficile da prendere posti, quindi scegliere un'altra volta che il tempo di picco quando l'hotel è quasi pieno. Ma in generale un grande posto per rimanere.

My room was beside a busy children’s playground that ensured I woke up early, but at least the room was air-conditioned to a pleasant temperature. Showers were not in the best condition, but were usable. Breakfast was bland but dirt-cheap. All in all a “you get what you pay for” experience, so I can’t really complain.

It’s very rare you find a hotel that checks all the boxes but this is it for me. Had the friendliest welcome when arriving at a late hour. The check in was quick, easy and I was in my room in no time. I’d forgotten adapters for my electrical items, the hotel was like no problem. Turns out the rooms have USB and USB-C plugs in the rooms so was covered. Moving onto the room. I had the best sleep ever. Perfect climate control. Wonderful views to wake up to and just every little detail was just amazing. After a delicious breakfast (lots of choice, Swedish and international cuisine), I explored the hotel further, the gym looks really good (I didn’t use it… just told myself I should have) and they also had a sauna. Moving outside, the location. The freshest air ever (it was nice to breath there) and literally just over the water from the city centre. If you like to walk, it’s perfectly acceptable however as I travelled with people who don’t like to walk, the hotel directed us to a bus stop one minute away. Literally two stops later, you’re in the centre. The hotel pointed out the work being done on the water front. There’ll soon be the option of getting back and forth that way. Finally, the team. It’s clear that this hotel clearly has the customers at the heart of what they do. Everyone I spoke to was warm, friendly and open to sharing hints and tips to make our stay in Gothenburg magical. And it was… EVERYONE needs to visit this wonderful city. I’m already planning my next trip and I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

The hotel is located right near the main shopping area and close to many interesting sites. Public transportation is a few minutes away as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. The breakfast was good and there is a waffle bar available in the evenings. The street is very busy and loud so if you want some quiet you have to close the window (if you're on the street side) but once the window is closed the room is silent. Very good value for the money, I definitely recommend it.

Non è adatto a nessuno dei criteri dell'Unione degli Hotelstars, ma inoltre c'era: - nove alla ricezione alle 7:00. La ricezione doveva chiudere alle 9:00. - telefono in coda quando chiama il numero scritto vicino alla ricezione chiusa, - nessun frigo nelle stanze, - luce a letto rotta, - luce rotta nella camera da letto, solo 2 su 4 operato, - rumore forte delle persone che argomentano alle 6:00 (le pareti non sono abbastanza spesso), - nessun shampoo nel bagno, nessun caldo in camera, nessuna socket di potenza vicino ai letti, nessun tè per colazione, un riso di ”fika disponibile tutto il giorno”, - meno opzioni per colazione di quanto avrei potuto aspettare (e, per esempio, Non c'era nessuna bolla per mettere i cereali, quindi dovevi miscelarli solo con bolla con iogurt in essi). Per un giorno di soggiorno, questo è un buon ostello. In qualità di 4* hotel, questo è il peggiore che abbia mai avuto.

Il personale che lavorava il weekend era molto bello e utile, e ho soggiornato qui molte volte, sempre così bello e un bel posto boutique per stare con molte cose fantastiche da piacere. Il giorno che ho controllato, oh mio Dio, da dove è venuta questa ragazza? Vuole essere un poliziotto svedese che mi ha fatto saltare la porta cercando di entrare. Ok, mi sono addormentato dopo colazione? Quindi cosa. Anche dopo avermi fatto un salto e avevo appena fatto un caffè nel lobby, mi ha fatto venire di nuovo in faccia chiedendomi se avevo fatto un salto? Era solo brutta, non professionale, il comportamento era incredibile. Veramente rovinò la mia esperienza all'hotel Pigalle. In realtà, non accetto che le persone pensano di essere meglio di tutti gli altri e pensano di poter parlare con persone come se fossero un pezzo di merda. Pertanto, purtroppo, non penso che rimarrò mai qui ancora... Mi dispiace, ma..

Amazing room and a great location. Our short stay was overall great and the hotel is cozy and nice! Note that the reception is not open 24 hours, so late check-in requires using a provided PIN. This was not very straightforward to us.
