Nice place with onsen, even though the onsen facilities is small scale type however we enjoyed the onsen as less crowd. Their breakfast is absolutely delicious.

Excellent hotel to stay in Gotemba. Make sure to choose mt fuji view and on high floors, worth waking up to the view each day.

The hotel has friendly staffs and comfortable futons. The onsen including two outdoor pools can see the mount fuji and is surrounded by greenery. There was also a free drink bar with manga corner that you can hang around and enjoy the mount fuji view.

Location of the hotel is not very convenient, and we were lucky that we had a rental car. We took the tatami room with 2 beds for 5 pax. The room size was v huge, which was a very big plus as we have 5 adults. We love the spaciousness of the room. For the open bath, while it was at the 2nd storey facing the reception counter, there was minimal security as no password / nos. were needed to enter the ladies open bath. There was no toiletries provided like shampoo, conditioner.

The view from the hotel room is wonderful, we can see the full Mt Fuji. The breakfast offered was tasty and at very high quality.

great hot spring but unfortunately we can't see mt Fuji even we booked Fuji view room due to heavy mist in the morning. Anyway, the room is spacious and comfortable. We all had a great stay there.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and had a wonderful family holiday. It takes around 5-8 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi from Gotemba station. The hotel also offers reliable shuttle bus service. It’s nicely located and designed for guests to enjoy the spectacular view of Mt Fuji wherever you go in the hotel, whether you’re having breakfast, bathing in the onsen, drinking coffee in the lounge or staying in your room. Staff were also very helpful and enthusiastic.

Stayed at this hotel for one night just for the view of mt fuji, did not use too much of the amenities. Travelled to gotemba premium outlets but it’s a bit troublesome to get back to the hotel, quite difficult to get a taxi - had to go to jr gotemba station and took a while before we managed to get back. Location is a bit far out and very few trips for the free shuttle bus. The cleanliness of the room is just alright, a bit of mould but it’s okay.

There was very strong smell as soon as we walked into the room, like decayed wood. The toilet is so tiny that the nose practically touching the wall. We have to make up our own bed, that's very strange, even putting on the bedsheets. The meal there also no value for money. Breakfast is quite skimpy. The only good thing about the hotel is the view, where the outdoor onsen can see Mt Fuji

Front desk staff were professional and friendly.Room was clean and spacious. Hot spring with great view of Fuji Mountain. Breakfast choice were limited but overall delicious. The only downside is its distant from town,but suitable for traveller with car.

The hotel is not near amenities however it has an excellent view of Mount Fuji. The morning sun was already bright at 4:30 am, and Mount Fuji woke us up, with the magnificent appearance right from our room. The breakfast was top-notched, very appealing delicious, healthy and 5 stars. After breakfast I would recommend one goes to the reading room, it has a180 view of Mount Fuji, free drinks available. The onsen is abit small. The balcony could use a good scrub and new paint, it would be lovely to chill out at the balcony looking at Fuji. The bedroom somewhat outdated, but clean and comfy. If I come to Fuji prefecture again, I will surely come back for the breakfast =P
