We choose Gotemba as the stay over location to explore Hakone to the south and Lake Kawaguchi to the North. This hotel is new and provides an unadulterated view of Fuji-san. The bunk room is perfect for family and can easily fits up to 6 adults.

Highly recommend edit x seven to everyone here, starting off, location to gotemba outlet ＜2km away , it was ideal and you could either take a taxi or walk which was perfectly fine ! around the area ＜10 mins walk there was other food eateries too !! the view of the room was great and was super blessed to see mt fuji every morning when i woke up hotel staff were all friendly and great and amenities to the hotel were all clean/ new !! did not try the hotel breakfast though love it here! will come back again , checkin and out process was super smooth too!

Amazing stay at this hotel. View and amenities were incredible, but location can be quite isolated if you don’t drive. Just wish they can extend check out timing as it’s quite early.

酒店位置方面，在天氣晴朗的話絕對能夠看一個完整的富士山，風景優美，而且地點方便， 2025年開放，非常乾淨，最優勝之處是有洗衣乾衣及消毒除臭的洗衣機，還有電磁爐及鍋具，設施方面十分充足，絕對推介旅客來訪！

超級滿足既酒店！值得比多d錢book! 連住兩日，第一天天氣唔好，見唔到富士山 第二日早上預約左private sauna,超級靚同relax 岩晒行完outlet 黎放鬆下！ Sauna 完上返房就見到大大個富士山 即刻大影突影！好開心！

地理位置優越，房間超大，喼打開哂仲可以有好好位置坐，下次一定會再入住👍🏻

房間很大 整體都很乾淨 廁所有小椅子可以給小朋友坐著洗 洗牙機上面有提供洗衣球供人清洗衣服 小細節的地方讓人很喜歡

滿分嘅酒店，距離outlet很近

今次試吓新開嘅酒店。 我book的房仍是可以看到富士山山景，一打開窗就見到成個富士山。 酒店鄰近outlet很方便，一次過可以觀光shopping！

房間設施很新，也有備用被子和床墊，陽台可以直接看富士山，可惜有雲擋住，加購的早餐稍微簡單一點，希望早餐可以再更豐盛，大致都不錯👍

新しくできたこともあり清潔で過ごしやすかったです

房間還可以，環境好，服務也好，滿意。
