It's a bit far away from the centre; you need to drive 30 minutes. There are many restaurants nearby, but they are expensive.

Our 4th time returning. Great location walkable distance to all eateries and the mall. Parking comes in handy. There's roadwork around the building so getting in and out was a bit of a pain but nothing we can do about it. It does get very noisy in the morning due to the roadwork. Hopefully it will be done before we come back next time.

Provide Wrong PIN, I cant get my key from the auto Machine. Not picking up enquiry phone call, luckily a staff from next store show up and call the private number of the household... No Wifi password is provided, but we have been told its show on the fridge.

Had the self check in details been send to us , it will have been perfect . The apartment was perfect and we will be back ......

Great location and very convenient, close to everything like shopping center, Chinese and western restaurants, train station and bus stations.

Friendly staff, good view, free parking, spacious room, convenient location.

The location is superb, the apartment/room is clean. However, the WiFi signal is terrible and the only way to contact the front desk is to go to see them, the telephone in the room didn't work. The attitude of the receptionist is less than helpful.

酒店位置交通交匯地點，步行一分鐘有巴士和火車站，也有商場，商場內食肆豐儉由人，唯一美中不足是房間內的水壓偏低，所以不能同時用水，㕑房的煤氣爐火力較小，煮食不太方便，但整體是方便和舒適的。值得一提是，我們中午到達前未收到進門密碼，所以要在樓下等有人岀入才可以進入後上一樓找職員辦入住手續。

住宿是不錯的，但入住過程有點麻煩，自助入住時無收到郵件，好的是剛好有人入住，協助電聯前台人員處理。

房型結構寬敞舒適，辦理手續簡捷，衞生間2套方便，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，是旅遊度假的好選擇。

位置很好，但是沒有提前發郵件給Pin碼，風大的時候會比較吵

非常的好，地理位置很好樓下全部是吃的不但有中餐、韓餐、日餐、西餐應有盡有，而且房間配備洗衣機、烘乾機、微波爐、燃氣灶等距離Monash大學也很近，地鐵站就樓下，唯一缺點就是靠馬路比較吵

環境可以，便利。離餐館，火車站，購物中心都近。

酒店位置很方便，火車站幾步直達，停車也很方便， 直達電梯。 辦理入住時，找辦公室找得比較費勁。 辦入住的老先生服務周到，解釋詳細。 卧室沒有空調， 床品衹有毛毯， 不過跟攜程溝通後但，在老先生的陪同下在房間櫃子裏找到了取暖器和更多的 毛毯後， 房間和洗澡時取暖的問題解決了。 兩卧室的公寓在主卧連不到wifi信號，希望能改進。 總的來説，入住體驗還不錯。
