Albergo un po' datato. Ho avuto a che fare con un problema nel ricevere il mio deposito indietro a causa di una trattenuta che viene applicata al check-in sulla mia carta. Bei balconi disponibili

Abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza con Airbnb e avevamo bisogno di un posto affidabile e confortevole dove stare per la notte. Questo hotel è in un campo da golf ed è molto bello!! Abbiamo ottenuto un ottimo prezzo ma ho scelto 1 King invece di 2 Queens per caso. Siamo super felici e hanno gentilmente cambiato la stanza senza alcun costo per noi. Quando siamo arrivati nella nostra camera, sulla nostra porta c'era un adesivo che mostrava che la camera era stata pulita e nessuno era entrato. I letti erano enormi, lussuosi e molto puliti. Ho dormito come un bambino. Anche la camera era molto pulita e l'aria condizionata faceva uscire l'aria fresca. La camera era pulita, silenziosa e fresca. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo!

My stay was very good. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would like. Overall a very good stay.

La ragazza al di fuori del divano era così bello e utile, che piacere era avere lei ad aspettarmi. Le camere sono enormi con grandi bagni e foder. Che sorpresa di ottenere così bello di una stanza. Ottimo luogo per soggiornare!!

Dove iniziare?? Non prenotare qui a meno che non abbiate altro posto da andare.Tuttavia, se dovete passare una notte, sarete accolti da un aroma caldo e morbido e un lobby depresso. Solo un ascensore funziona e è stato così, secondo altre valutazioni da oltre tre mesi. Il tappeto sul terzo piano era completamente ingoiato come si scioglieva nella nostra stanza. apparentemente perché gli ospiti hanno l'audacia di usare il CA in estate. i nostri cuscini erano 12x12- certamente non standard dimensioni. la nostra televisione non funzionava, Il nostro telefono in camera non funzionava. Le foglie sembravano pulite, quindi è un plus. La zona del colazione era piena di gnati e voli. Lots di gnati e voli-- anche sembrano non pagare membri della società che sono conosciuti per entrare e solo ottenere il loro colazione e caffè gratis. da un punto di vista di sicurezza che mi preoccupa con i miei figli. la piscina è meno che stellare, e non sono abbastanza sicuro che sia anche fino a livelli sicuri di acqua.Una delle nostre camere ha profumato come un cane/una urina animale. assolutamente disgustoso.Una delle nostre camere aveva due buchi che sembravano essere stati perforati dalla parete all'esterno che potevano lasciare in volo e abe.Una stanza aveva un bagno fugace, ma l'unica alternativa era un'altra stanza con un stench.Il cameriere del desk front ha chiamato questo posto come ”un hotel a schifo” e non potevo più accettare.Il nostro gruppo ha trascorso una notte qui e ha controllato quanto velocemente Come potevamo il giorno dopo, andare in un altro hotel.

I am a business traveler looking for a place to stay long term when in Richmond, so I decided to give the Extended Stay America in Short Pump, VA a try for one night. The first room I was assigned was # 212. I always check the sheets, blankets and overall bed for cleanliness and bugs. The bed linens looked clean until I pulled back the mattress to check for bedbugs (none seen) and saw dirt and a used hair bow on the box spring cover next to the base of the headboard. I then checked the bathroom and saw what appeared to be dried sparkly nail polish on the toilet seat and inside of the toilet. As I continued to check out the rest of the room I noticed it was getting unbearably cold, and found that I was not able to adjust the settings on the ac unit. I went back to the front desk and asked to be given a different room. The nice young man working the desk moved me to room #110. This room was much cleaner, although I don't believe guests are able to adjust the heat/ac units in any of the rooms because as the evening went on I was freezing in this room too, and had no choice but to unplug the unit from the wall to turn off the air. To summarize: Pros: - Price is right if you are looking for basic lodging in a nice part of town - Comfortable mattress. I slept well. - Full kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, sink and granite counter tops - Big screen tv with a variety of cable channels - Close to a good variety of restaurants - Close to shopping - I felt safe. My room was in the same building as the check-in desk. You couldn't access the hallway where the rooms are located without a key card - It was quiet at night Cons: - No dishes, pot & pans or utensils of any kind are kept in the room. Go to the front desk and ask for them if needed. - Very thin blankets and towels. - Shampoo and soap are provided, but the shampoo bottle is the smallest I have ever seen and definitely not enough for more than one person. Not even enough for one person if you have a lot of hair . - No hair dryer. I had to go to the store and purchase one. - No ability to adjust the room temperature (that I could find). - Ice machine is located on the 1st floor, but if you need ice there isn't an ice bucket in the room or at the machine. Perhaps they expect you to take the ice tray from the freezer in your room with you to ”catch” the ice? - At 7:10 am there were no signs of the free ”grab and go” breakfast advertised. Not even a cup of coffee. I had to drive to the 7-11 down the street for coffee. Will I stay there again? Probably not. I think it is fine for someone who just wants the basics. I can put up with a lot, but having to drive somewhere for my morning coffee isn't one of them.

In suite, mi aspetto una matita più grande. 2) L'illuminazione nella zona della doccia deve essere più luminosa. 3) Anche nella zona della doccia, C'era un ventilatore/ventrile continuo che correva costantemente. Capisco la necessità di ventilazione per garantire che non si accumuli di umidità per evitare situazioni molde. Avrete il ventilatore/ventrile su un interruttore separato da usare quando necessario e non sentire che il rumore è una soluzione praticabile. Ho chiuso la porta di slitta per ridurre il rumore. 4) La porta di slitta per la zona bagno/dusche doveva essere mossa con calma. Era facile spostarla troppo lontano e uscire dalla piccola pista. Questi articoli non mostravano stop, ma oggetti che se affrontati sicuramente migliorerebbero l'esperienza Marriott che tutti gli ospiti, soprattutto quelli di noi che sono membri di ricompensa, si aspettano da questo marchio.
