È stato tutto pessimo dalle foto ingannevoli, tutto diverso in realtà. La stanza era sporca. La colazione con frutta andata a male e sono stata malissimo. Struttura vecchia e situata in una zona terribile. Ci hanno offerto il servizio di snorkelling maggiorando il prezzo medio. Insomma non andateci. Fa davvero schifo tutto!

Pessima esperienza in questo hotel ! Io con la mia amica siamo rimaste per una notte delle tre dovute , per motivi familiari siamo dovute e lasciare l’albergo! Comunque anche in questa notte non ci siamo trovate bene! Le immagini dell’albero non corrispondono alle foto fornite su internet! La struttura non appare nuova come nella foto! Tutto scadente! Per arrivare all’albergo bisogna percorrere strade brutte piene di fango! La colazione pessima con delle uova poco fresche!

Partendo dal fatto che le foto siano totalmente ingannevoli rispetto alla realtà, nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato piuttosto deludente. Camere piccole, scarsamente pulite, con bagno all’esterno della stanza (non precisato). Il ristorante è di bassa qualità, con poca scelta. Posizione dell’hotel terribile: strada poco praticabile, buia e sporca. L’intera struttura è circondata da abbonando e sporcizia. Durante il giorno è difficile trovare pace dalle continue preghiere della moschea poco distante, che trasmette in radiofrequenza. Pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Unica nota positiva, personale estremamente gentile, cordiale e disponibile.

Pessima esperienza in questo hotel con immagini ingannevoli! Abbiamo alloggiato con la mia amica una notte dei 3 dovuti ma è stato un vero incubo! La struttura non si presenta nuova e di lusso come nelle foto !il legno delle case e dei pavimenti è vecchio e malandato ! La colazione pessima con della frutta scadente e uova poco fresche ! La posizione non è lontano dal centro ma di sera devi percorrere delle strade buie e pericolose! Dove vogliono venderti droga e funghi! Il personale ci ha offerto un servizio in giornata di Snorkling con un prezzo medio maggiorato! Cercando di ingannarci facendoci un finto sconto! Prezzo medio sul isola 1.200.000 rupie invece la signora l’ha detto fosse 1.500.000 rupie e che ci faceva lo sconto per arrivare a 1.200.000! Cosa che abbiamo scoperto dopo , chiedendo un po’ di prezzi in giro! Non consiglio a nessuno di alloggiare li!

Beautiful villa away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to reach everything in a 10 minute walk. The food and drinks were great and well priced, with lots of different options for the inclusive breakfast. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating - thank you very much for a lovely holiday.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Nero. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, and were given brilliant recommendations on activities to do on the island and around Lombok. The food was spectacular and we ended up eating at the Villa daily. The Villla is absolutely beautiful, close enough to the beach but away from the chaos. A huge highlight of our stay was meeting the incredible staff. I would like to thank Uni, Dani, Fatur, Idris and Umi who went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable their kindness and helpfulness exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Nero.

We stayed at this hotel in Gili Trawangan in the quieter part of the island for my husband's birthday. The team was super welcoming and smiling. They helped organize a memorable evening. We requested a special dinner on the beach. The table setting at sunset was stunning. They personalized the mocktails according to my husband's tastes. The cake was also personalized with a blend of flavors that my husband loves. The entire team came out together to sing happy birthday. The food was delicious. The room was spacious. Exceptional hospitality. I can only recommend it. Thank you to Ayub for always being attentive and fulfilling all our wishes. You provided incredible emotions and warm memories.

We were unable to stay as all boats to the Gilli Islands were cancelled for 5 days but the hotel would not refund our reservation. We had to wait out the weather for boats to resume but when they did start running again it was already after the dates we had booked.

Clean tidy, nice little villa. It’s what you expect on Gili T, a bit tired around the edges in places and could do with a small revamp. However staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms cleaned with fresh towels daily. Good location to the main part of Gili and easy access anywhere else on the island by bike. 100,000k from arrival by horse and cart. We were charged 150,000 back, so be careful and agree the price! Breakfast was ok, freshly done. I do recommend the eggs Benedict, I was happily surprised. Best poached eggs I’ve had, since being in Bali!
