Room at Jln Loh Boon Siew Georgetown

Good enough

it's quite a horrible experience booking this place. I couldn't make it to the trip due to emergency so my friends were going through all the hassles. When they arrived the host said he couldn't find our booking record. After he double checked he said he found the booking records but the place was already fully booked. So he brought them to another building instead which was 7 minutes away. The new location was fine but it's definitely an older building than the one we originally booked. The worst case was one of the room given didn't have a working light/lamps. My friend texted the host and all he replied was noted and no action was taken. It's an unpleasant experience overall and wouldn't recommend booking this hotel.

time check out pukul 12pm tapi kalau hotel lain paling2 pun 1pm dah dapat deposit balik. tempat ni kena tggu smpai 3 jam baru dapat deposit kau. and owner boleh bagi ayat 'jangan kejar2 lagi. memang akan bagi deposit cuma lambat' which is stupid for me as you are doing business, you suppose to answer to your customer inquiry. mula2 mintak bayaran dia cakap by 1pm. lepas tu dia cakap by 3pm pulak. so memang macam bangang sikit service die. tempat ni mcm rumah and bnyk bilik2. cleaner tak dtg hari. so siapa duduk bilik depan kitchen mmg akn bau mcm2 laa kalau cleaner tak dtg cause sampah and pinggan cawan semua akn tinggal je dlam sinki. and sinki betul2 depan bilik 3. mmg akan berbau and kotor bersemut semua.

The room was super warm and humid. The windows couldn't shut fully and had incects coming in. The opposite of the property have chickens and dogs that will make noise super early in the morning. There were some lion dance practices till late at night. The room have no poles/hooks to hang stuff. Only have a small row of hooks behind the door. The property wall had tissue paper stuffed in it and multiple defects on the wall. The property has very noisy flooring, I can hear everyone walking outside the room. The walls are super thin that I can hear snoring next door. Nearby the property have no convenience store, so no way to buy anything other than some cooked food store at the main road. Overall everywhere we go from the property require us to grab out of it. So it's inconvenient.
