We stayed at Vouk Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The main reason we decided to stay there was because it was near to one of the hospitals that we were visiting. Honestly, based on my experience, it was not a pleasant experience as when we were out early in the morning at around 7AM and when we came back at around 10.30AM, our room was made up without our permission. We did not turn on the "make up room" light and did not instruct anyone to come in to our room to make it up. In an essence, the hotel staff came into our room WITHOUT our permission. When the room was "made up", we could still notice dirts, dusts, and hairs on the floor. I think they only tidied up the blanket. The cleanliness was terribly. Honestly for the price, would prefer to stay at other hotel. Breakfast was average, nothing special and the taste was not my cup of tea.

Parking was available but not so convenient. Room look slightly older. But kind of what you get for the price. Will not repeat.

I had a pleasant stay at Vouk Hotel Suites in Penang. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient for exploring the island. However, the car park tends to fill up around 7:30 p.m., but I truly appreciated the security guard’s assistance in allocating parking spaces. The room I stayed in did not have a window, which affected airflow and made it less ideal for a family stay. On the positive side, the hotel maintained good security and cleanliness, which made our trip more relaxing. The front desk staff were warm and kind, providing excellent assistance during check-in. One downside was the absence of a gym or swimming pool, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a good option for those prioritizing location, cleanliness, and security.

Everything good. Worth at this price. If you don't expect too much. Hotel room big, just abit old, but it's acceptable. Overall OK to stay. Nearby have a Chinese food court.

After extending for the next 3 days, the 2nd day was disappointing. The air conditioners for the whole 7th floor were broken for the whole day and night. Technicians didn't come. A lot of other guests got frustrated and checked out immediately on that day. After waiting the whole day of complaining then at night we got relocated to 8th floor.

The location is good and a short drive to the town. Love it and will go again. The view is fantastic

Location is quiet n calm, but hard to find halal food nearby.. A man in concierge is really friendly n helpful..

It was good experience in George town. Hotel location was nice but too far from downtown.Hotel service is good.

Room : - clean - near lift - have a beautiful view - location good - near hospital (just walk in minutes) - staff service excellent

The cleanliness of this hotel is really disappointed!!! When I made a first call to make a room move, the receptionist told me that they are full house due to high demand on FIT. I am trying to let them know more details about the situation that happened and really need a room move badly!! 1. Room was full of massage oil smell which not come from us (might be next door, as every room with connecting door as per the receptionist) 2. The bedsheet with stains, bath towel with yellow stain 3. There is a cockroach in the drawer And of course they provide me a room move which they have a vacant room in a sudden!! New room was arranged, however.... 1. Bedsheet still with stains 2. There was a slipper found between the blanket and bedsheet Can you believe it?! This was a new room which they didnt go through any crosscheck before assist the guest to room move.

The location was so closed beside with Gleanegles Hospital, and other place also strategic..

Horrible. Deposit RM100 in cash or PHYSICAL credit card only. No Apple Pay. Bad stench n horrible sound proofing. Can hear people walking outside the room. Regret being cheapskate about it.

Hotel room is spacious and look nice. Good place to stay.

Good place to relax and enjoy the city with easy transport to most area.
