Basic small room with very basic and virtually non existent amenities. No kettle expect a water container provided where can fill hot and cold water along lift corridor. One of the closest hotels to sky ******.

Booked a deluxe room in a First World hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. Room service is always on time. The location is also near various restaurants. The only suggestion is to be able to use the self-help machine to check-in, rather than waiting to be served at the counter.

Check in process is terrible. It took us almost 2 hours before we could have our rooms. Customer service is terrible as well. Staff will not even help you.

Good Location but strong smell of cigarettes inside the non-smoking room.

The light cannot switch off at tower 3 rooms, if switch the light all the electricity will be cut off! What a terrible design?!! Can’t sleep well whole night with the light on, and big annoying sound outside, have to close the window but the fan is either too weak or too strong. Not a place to sleep. Whole wall behind the bed are dust, so disgusting

Very small and basic amenities no have! But go to indoor playgrounds is never , breakfast location far away. No staff can get good dictionary

Good location - plenty of eateries on the ground level & it is well connected to a shopping mall & ******. Carpark is confused, which doesn't have signage to show the lift lobby. It needs improvement on proper signage for drivers who don't drive there often. The room is extremely small, especially the toilet is so tiny. No privacy when you want to remove/ wear your clothing. You either have to come out of the bathroom to wear it or remove it. Even though there isn't any air con but it is cold. You can switch on the ceiling fan & keep one window ajar for air circulation. Cleanliness needs to improve. Found stains on the mirror. The walk way from the lift to the hotel room is smelly. No electric kettle in the room but there is a centralised hot/normal temperature drinking water. Jug and 2 cups are provided. No hand towel, but the hotel provides a packet of tissue paper. No wifi in the room. You can book rooms with WiFi. Overall, if you are always out then staying in this type of room is fine.

Basic room, towels provided. I opted for the room where the basin, toilet bowl and shower area are in a room (the other lower level room has separate shower room and toilet bowl). Got soap, no shampoo, toothbush toothpaste or shaving kit. Shower head is fixed with no shower handle for those who wants to take the handle to shower. Overall it can meet the needs of travellers who are not fussy.

Overall, feel good. Waiting time for the room can be improved. Thank you. 😊

It was good…long wait for check in..breakfast was very far but awesome..no amenities provided …takes like 20 min walk to follow buffet

Space is okay, location is great! Bed is not the softest however is manageable. View outside is good and with natural wind.
