Se avete un sacco di bagagli o grandi bagagli, non camminate dalla stazione ferroviaria, come è in collina e, verso la fine del viaggio, su coppe.L'hotel è nel centro della città storica. La stanza (il nostro primo piano) era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. E' stato un po' disturbante tornare una sera per trovare il tizio che sta facendo il servizio di svolta al mio bagno che profuma il mio bagno, ma immagino che succeda in camere d'albergo in tutto il mondo. Poiché l'hotel è spruzzato in un posto vicino ad altri edifici, ha la sala da pranzo sul secondo piano, e un ristorante sulla strada, ho trovato la nostra camera piuttosto rumorosa. La colazione è in una piccola, intima, sala da pranzo e il servizio è stato eccellente. Tuttavia, questo è 🇨🇭so nulla è in costo e c'è un prezzo per persona per colazione. Questo non è stato chiarito fino al nostro ultimo giorno, quindi ricordatelo. In tutto un bel hotel per esplorare Ginevra.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for four days, during the Christmas market season. It is located very near the Jardin Anglais, which is also near the Jet D’eau and many other interesting landmarks and sights to see. Excellent walking opportunities abound. The service at the hotel was excellent, from the friendly and efficient breakfast staff to the lobby bar to the daily room tidying and turn-down. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

My stay in this hotel turned out to be one of the most disappointing I have been unfortunate enough to experience. On previous trips to Geneva, I had seen this hotel from the outside and been impressed by its majestic presence. The images on the web site seem to confirm this view. The entrance to the hotel, the staircases, the corridor leading to the rooms are all decorated in an elegant style, promising comfort and luxury. However, this impression is sadly shattered on entering the bedroom. Whereas the style of the hotel’s public areas is almost stately, our bedroom seems to have been inspired by Ikea’s Formica era: flat, rectangular furniture. Because the room is so small and the layout of the furniture so badly planned that the designer has found no room to fit in a chest-of-drawers, so that is almost impossible for a couple to unpack all of their items. In addition, how can the hotel justify describing rooms as suitable for two guests and then only providing a single easy chair? This disappointment is reinforced by the bathroom. Once again, no drawers are provided for storing items but, and which is much more serious, the bathroom is so compact that there is no room for a standalone shower. If you want to use the shower, you will have to clamber over the side of the bath and snuggle up to the taps in order to control the equipment. This issue with the shower in the bath highlights another major problem with this hotel: the complete lack of provision for people with any form of disability. Every one of the majestic entrances to the hotel is on a lower level than the hotel’s interior. The only way of getting into the hotel that does not require climbing a number of steps is to go into the hotel’s restaurant and find a member of staff who can accompany you up in the service lift. I did not ask what provisions are available if the restaurant is very busy or when it is closed. In short, both the external aspect and the five stars attributed to this hotel set expectations that are not satisfied in reality. On the plus side, however, the staff are charming and very helpful but that does not make up for seriously substandard rooms.

I stayed in a suite, which was very spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with a separate living room and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub, the view is overlooking the lake. The room also had a lot of amenities Nespresso machine. The service was impeccable, from the check-in to the check-out. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my every need. They made me feel welcome and pampered. I especially want to thank the concierge team and the guest relations team for helping me plan and execute the perfect surprise proposal for my girlfriend. Lorena, Jochem, Giulia, Justine, thank you all for your assistance and discretion. You helped me decorate the room with candles, roses, and champagne. It was a dream come true. A special mention goes to Audrey, who saved the day when the flower shop declined my order for a bouquet of roses at the last minute. He managed to find a solution with florist and delivered the flowers, just in time for my arrival. I almost had a heart attack when I heard the news, but he handled everything with professionalism and grace. Audrey, you are a star. The Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is more than a hotel, it is a fairy tale. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay and my proposal so special. It was an experience that I will cherish forever. L'hotel è a una dozzina di minuti dalla stazione di Cornawan. Rispetto ad altri hotel dello stesso livello in città, la posizione del Mandarin Oriental mi fa sentire più tranquillo ea mio agio. Il personale alle porte dell'hotel ha un ottimo atteggiamento di servizio e ha aiutato molte cose. Anche la reception è molto accogliente. Durante l'epidemia, la stanza ha fornito anche due borse antiepidemiche con guanti, mascherine e disinfettanti. L'hotel ha anche offerto piccole torte al momento del check-in. Gli accappatoi e le lenzuola dell'hotel sono molto comodi, per le persone che si adattano al jet lag. È molto comodo.

我在攜程訂的是“高級房”，4105人民幣兩晚，預訂的時候，攜程有寫這個房間有陽台、街景、湖景（詳見截屏）。但是實際到了酒店check in, 卻是一個沒有陽台，更沒有任何街景、湖景的小房間，非常擁擠。有一個大窗户，但是窗户外面是一個內亭的大房頂，什麼景色都沒有。我和前台説明情況，前台説這是攜程代理的問題，這個房間就是沒有陽台和景色的。於是我又加了187歐元，換了一個帶陽台的房間。酒店服務是非常好的。房間地板有點陳舊了，但也還算湊合了。可是攜程寫什麼“中式早餐”、街景、陽台、湖景，通通不存在。無語了！真的！

Abbiamo soggiornato in una tripla non troppo grande, bagno con vasca, ma davvero piccolo. I letti sono tutti singoli, il matrimoniale è composto da due lettini affiancati. Materassi e cuscini comodi Camere pulite e cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani In camera c'è la cassaforte gratuita, ma non ci sono ne il frigo, e questo è stato un disagio, nè l'aria condizionata, ma questo non è stato un disagio perché durante la giornata non siamo mai stati in camera, e la sera e soprattutto la notte, pur essendo Luglio, la temperatura a Ginevra scendeva parecchio , tanto da usare un piumino per coprirci. La colazione non l'abbiamo presa perchè, a nostro parere 15 franchi a persona ci sono sembrati eccessivi, invece è stato un errore, perchè Ginevra è una città carissimaaaaa e si può arrivare a pagare un caffè anche 5 franchi. L'hotel ci ha regalato una card per i trasporti per tutta la durata del soggiorno, compreso quello di partenza, quindi abbiamo potuto usarla per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Questo è stato un grande aiuto, in una città davvero costosa. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli gratuitamente tutta la mattina del giorno di partenza. Facilismo da raggiungere. Si prende il bus numero 10, oppure il bus numero 5 dall'aeroporto fino a Gare Cornavin, che è la stazione centrale; da lì si prende il numero 8 e in due fermate ( si scende alla fermata Cannoniere) ci si trova a 100 metri dall'hotel A pochi passi dall'hotel un Denner discount, davvero caro, con prezzi esagerati. Mentre in Rue Antoine Carteret, più o meno nella strada parallela a quella in cui si trova il discount Denner, c'è un supermercato Aldi, con prezzi moooolto più bassi. Nei pressi dell'hotel le fermate di molti bus che portano in centro e in ogni caso col bus numero 8 si arriva anche in centro o in fermate con connessioni di bus che portano ovunque in città. Il quartiere è tranquillo. In realtà più o meno tutti i quartiere di Ginevra sono tranquilli, compreso il quartiere della stazione centrale. Consigliatissimo

On the plus side, the hotel's location in Geneva's golden triangle is an absolute must to enjoy the old town and the lake's left bank. The surroundings are rather chic, the restaurant/bar/lounge that is one serious social hot spot, and the common areas make a promise that the hotel fails to deliver. Decoration is always a subjective matter, but here, the choice bothered me and the wallpapers with enchanted forest motifs do not help you feel good in rooms that are cold, angular, and ultimately quite uncomfortable. Although the dinner at the bar was remarkable, the breakfast is well average in this category. Add to this feeling of uncomfort a staff that does obviously not care and... and you leave the place with very serious doubts on the seriousness of a management that prides itself to offer ”more than a hotel, a memorable experience”. Going back to the basics of hospitality could help. A lot.

We originally booked the small double room, but decided to upgrade to the triple room, which is very big. The receptionist was so super nice, she had no problem with the change of rooms after she already checked us in to the double room. I asked for 2 additional pillows and received them right away. The staff really goes out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The room has a large bed (my husband is 6’4), blackout curtains, TV, 2 tables with chairs, extra blanket, AC, 3 closest with lots of storage. A large (for Europe) balcony, you can easily put 2 chairs outside). 2 bathrooms with large showers that have great hot water pressure. Wi-Fi is great. They also offer free public transport card, which you sign up electronically and receive via email. The building has an elevation, which takes you to the 6 floor where the reception is as well as our room. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and stay here again.

We especially appreciate the prompt service of Mr Malick who’s always enthusiastic and helpful. Raffaele: He was a star of the Restaurant and I think he is the Supervisor, if not he should be promoted as he has a leadership quality in him. He knows how to take care of the guests. Infact, he observed once the kind of coffee I drink, when i went again for the breakfast next day and he was aware of my taste for the coffee. Jacky: She is a friendly, caring and always paid good attention. She is a go-getter :-). Of-course there was others whom i had short time with them. Paul, Carla, Jake, Julien, Ivan & Aletta.

Come un relè può mostrare stelle e termini come ”” Diplomato ”” . Abbiamo prenotato una suite per una notte sabato 22/10. Nessuna chiave magnetica ha funzionato, il ricevitore ci ha aperto ogni volta. Una ”” Suite”” che è una camera classica con un divano e un divano, bagno piccolo incantevole bagno (molto sporco al nostro arrivo .. vedere foto .... impossibile !!!) lavabo e WC in 6 m2. Un tenda da doccia plastica che normalmente n esiste più nella maggior parte degli hotel standard che sono passati alla parete doccia in vetro decorativo. Un letto rifatto con strappi rotti ... è comunque necessario farlo . !!!! Vedere foto. Parcheggio fatturato 32FCH per parcheggiare la vostra auto nel bel mezzo di un campo di rifiuti ... ( vedere foto). Di cui una scatola aperta che serve il scarico .... 4 🌟 vi richiamo. !! Mobili sovraccaricati e senza valore decorativo in pieno stato ( vedere foto ). Bottiglie vuote nel mezzo dei corridoi. ( questa bottiglia ... foto.. è rimasta quella di 16H fino al nostro partenza 10 ore il giorno seguente ) Albergo molto rumoroso doppio vetro di un altro secolo inoperante. Il clima HS .. ovviamente. Nessun kit di accoglienza in seguito , nessuna bottiglia d'acqua offerta né bollitore.. né tè .. né niente di convenzionale in materia di presentazione. Nessun adattatore elettrico per le catture francesi ( la maggior parte degli hotel Genevois ne hanno pensato). Nessun accompagnamento all'arrivo fino alla nostra camera , bagagli ecc .... minimo in hotel. Se si cerca in hoteleria un professionismo , un senso di accoglienza , comfort , pulizia , rispetto del cliente .... non si è alla giusta direzione . L'unico punto positivo: si convince di andare da un altro posto.

Il hotel è un hotel aperto, che si trova a pochi minuti di cammino da una stazione ferroviaria, quindi prendo il treno dall'aeroporto. È un altro breve passo al lago, ponte Mont Blanc e molti dei migliori ristoranti, negozi e parchi che Ginevra deve offrire. Le camere sono pulite, elegante e offrono tutte le attrazioni di cui ho bisogno. Il colazione complimentare è un inizio perfetto per la mia giornata. Raccomando vivamente l'Hotel Tor per chiunque venga a Ginevra per affari o per una vacanza personale in questa splendida città.
