The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided the clear parking instruction by letting me know there will be free parking on the street during the weekend. I requested a connected room and they provided me what I wanted. The heating system for towel in the bathroom is a plus. However, the light in the room is a bit dark. It will be better if it is brighter.

Really awesome hotel! Very beautiful interior, super clean, staff were really nice and helpful, location near train station!! Definitely will come back here!

Great experience.. Beautiful rooms, nice bar and most importantly, close proximity to 2 bus stops for whichever direction you're coming from. Walkable from Hbf as well.

Very poor service, no internet in the hotel Rooms. "Exceptional breakfast" is average quality. 50eur card deposit on checking in - feels bad especially when prepayment done

每年都會到薩爾斯堡音樂節，因此總會在這個小城待上幾天。這次選的酒店，雖然位置離火車站步程要十分鐘，但可以在火車站轉巴士1號或6號，一個站便到，十分方便。附近治安也很好，即使是深夜回去也十分安心。最重要的是員工十分友善，完全不像大集團酒店的公式化服務，這是我在歐洲待過的其中一個最滿意的酒店之一，十分推薦。

環境非常好，設施都很新，床很軟，四個枕頭也很軟，房間超級乾淨。而且房間很多，裏面暖氣很足，有一張單人沙發和辦公桌，床超大。早餐很豐盛。
