預訂的king suit套間，房間面積很大，適合家庭出遊。
加拿大這邊默認不提供一次性用品，最好是帶自己的洗漱用品，尤其是拖鞋，這裏沒有一次性拖鞋，去前台索要的話衹提供循環使用的腳套（冬天避免地板涼）
這邊一般是下午3點才能入住，最好是有ihg的會員，要不然3點以前不能入住，需要單獨付費25加元。酒店忙的時候，會員延遲退房也不能用，這點要注意。
建議預訂朝西側的房間，傍晚看落日非常非常美。如果是自駕遊的話，推薦去河邊的公園，5分鐘車程，那裡有大片綠地，能看到成羣的野生加拿大鵝

房間還不錯，有個大落地窗，酒店早餐真的很貧乏，中國胃的我對西人早餐真的很痛恨🤣周圍生活配套也非常便利！算是中規中矩的酒店吧！

We had a bad experience at this hotel. We requested late check out(2pm) when we checked in and it was granted and updated in the system.
Headed to work and left a senior family who was accompanying me to receive a call later asking the senior member to leave the room. The staff member was told that a late check out was requested and granted. He left and 5 minutes later the staff member came opened and entered the room without any respect to privacy of the person inside and the senior member who has mobility difficulties was still there and ask them to leave again and informing the family member that this room is already rented!
I was called while working by my family member who had to go down to the front desk while I drove back for 30 minutes to try to solve this. I spoke to the front desk later to find out it was already put in their system we had requested late check out but they didn't see it. An excuse that is not at all acceptable.
I asked for the conference to continue my interrupted work and was told one time it's occupied, another time I was told I had to pay for it. It was clear to us at that point it is a discriminatory attitude.

Everything was perfect, the person on the check in are amazing. Only pbm is, too much noise in the hall we can hear everyone walking, kids playing ect

We had arrived early - and they graciously gave us our room before the regular check in time! The room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk was very friendly!

Terrible customer service at the front desk. We booked a room with 1 queen 1 sofa bed for 3 adults. After checking in, we discovered there was no bedding or pillows provided for the sofa bed. Called front desk and we were told the hotel ran out of pillows. This hotel charges for EV charging. You could use the wall plug for very slow charging but half of the outlets have no power.

Entrance of room was stinking, foul smell of dirty socks. Same foul smell was there in washroom too. Bodywash bottles pump didn’t work at all. We people were so tired so couldn’t call up reception and bring to their notice. If hotels have multiple rooms, it’s recommended to check before its key is handed over to the guest.

Our stay was good, great breakfast, very clean and modern. The only problem we had was noisy beds... you hear every turn the person makes in bed.
