Flawless experience at gift city club!, staff greeted us so well, everything was already done by reception staff, check in was really smooth, room was very clean and well organised. Really enjoyed the stay

The staff is very polite, the property is beautifully maintained, by considering every small things, that can add to the overall experience of the guests. I left my earbuds in the restaurant, and checked out, then I reached out to them. They took care of it, and got it delivered to me in Delhi safely, and ensured, that I did actually receive the same. Quite an impressive job, by going above and beyond for the guest, who has actually checked out!! Kudos to the great hospitality!! The only drawback, it is far from the city, like around 15Kms.

Non c'era nessun ristorante o cucina/divorzio in hotel. Solo una persona si occupava degli ospiti. Questa persona sembra analfabeta o educata primaria perché non era in grado di parlare o capire una lingua diversa da ghiratati. L'igiene e la pulizia erano soddisfacenti, il proprietario cooperava.

Arriviamo qui a mezzanotte. La nostra stanza era pronta e la gente del desk era così amichevole per riceverci.
