The hotel strongly emphasized being “adults only” / without children, yet the hotel was full of children.
The room was extremely small and crowded.
The “view” was simply a wall facing the hotel.
The mattress was uncomfortable to the point that we could barely sleep.
The shower was unbelievably narrow and uncomfortable.
Only one elevator was available for all guests in the hotel.
Food was ok, cleaning was ok

So thrilled with my selection of the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv. The location is perfect. In the heart of Tel Aviv. A perfect walkable location. The breakfast is remarkable. Something for everyones desires. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are on the small side but in Tel Aviv one is meant to be out to enjoy this amazing city, not inside your room. I would go back there on my next trip which I hope will be soon.

Отель расположен в отличном месте. До всего -15-25 минут. Да , он не сетевой. Это чувствуется в качестве уборки, немного не дотягивает. Но персонал , особенно на рецепции , главный менеджер настолько внимательны к просьбам, что это перекрывает сказанное выше. И завтрак , конечно, должен быть в отеле. А не только 2 дня в неделю. Но зато у вас всегда в номере бутылка с водой )

This type of room that we ordered is an anti-missile shelter with a small, blocked window opening. Unfortunately this was not clear in the information provided when I made the reservation, otherwise I would not have taken such a room. Because of the protected walls there is a feeling of suffocation in the room. To change this room, we had to pay an upgrade fee. Apart from that the hotel staff is nice and helpful.

We wanted to celebrate our 70th wedding anniversary (yes, we are 90 years old) and decided to do it in a hotel at the Tel-Aviv beach. We chose the Orchid hotel and were very happy with our choise. Every thing we wanted and needed was there, and on high standard. The room had all we wished for, including big space for all our luggage. Parking for our car, air condition, excellent breakfast, restorants and supermarket bownstairs, beautiful beach, lovely veiw of the beach from the lobby, pleasant staff. What else could we wished for?

The rooms were fairly clean, though a bit small. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the reservation – an overcharge due to a registration error. While the booking site was helpful and courteous, the hotel itself was unwilling to address the mistake or offer any form of compensation. Overall, while the location and amenities were impressive, the management's handling of the billing issue was disappointing.

The Gym is useless, if wishing to perform resistance training. The Weights for the Smith Machine is a laughing stock and looks as though it's something even people living in Gaza would reject. All very old and missing the rubber surround as it's fallen off over the decades.
The room is quite basic, with NO hairdryer, NO USB outlets and NO PowerPoints in the Bathroom.
