真的很一般，晚餐去了衹有速凍餃子，也是不便宜，早飯衹有饅頭，上面還爬了個蟲，而且粥已經沒有了，總之是不推薦。。。

酒店位於西坡景區服務區旁邊，周邊沒有配套設施，買東西不方便。酒店設施陳舊一些，但房間大，隔音效果好，而且住宿的人很少，晚上特別安靜，住着舒服。室內温泉17:00至23：00開放。室外温泉沒開。早餐也還好，最大的優勢就是人少，價格美麗。

早早地加了前台的微信，訂票什麼都能諮詢她們，態度很好。酒店設施有點老舊了，早餐不是自助，但是量很大，都能當中飯了。我們自己在公眾號上訂的長白山的票，需要去刷身份證坐景區公交上天池。如果在酒店訂的票，就可以坐麪包車直接進景區。我們進大門時，工作人員説能退24元的班線車費。景區公交大概10.40坐上，他們麪包車10點就出發了。漂流是白溪漂流，從酒店出發到漂完回到酒店是1個小時，到那裡現場補票是80一人。漂流完坐雪圈回來到下車地點。機場接送挺方便的，就是車子比較舊，是麪包車。

酒店很驚喜，臨時定的，酒店四周都是樹林，雪很厚，小朋友很愛玩，通過酒店訂到了天池西坡的門票，大巴直接從酒店送到景區，送的漂流也很好，不用排隊，全程大概30幾分鐘，唯一的缺點是自助晚餐非常簡陋，68一位，大概四五個菜

酒店環境超級棒，光在樹林裏玩雪就能玩一天。還有早餐晚餐贈送，挺不錯的。酒店送的滑雪和漂流也非常好，車接車送很方便。服務更是一級棒，我們滑雪時把手串忘在租的滑雪服裏，前台小姐姐立馬幫我聯繫尋找，因為我們急着去二道白河，前台小姐姐説拿到手串後幫我們快遞到家，因為山上沒快遞，還要下山後特意幫我去寄，真的萬分感謝！

在森林裏的酒店，位置很好。工作人員很熱情，用心，點贊👍
酒店設施比較老了，但是很乾凈，該有的都有。
餐廳的食物就一般，不過在這麼偏僻的地方要求也不能太高了。
酒店送了漂流，值得去，人少景美。
接送機要提前一天預約，忘了預約沒有享受到這個服務。酒店可以幫忙聯繫的士，比較貴，基本上都是100塊起步。
總體來説體驗還是不錯的。

酒店整體挺漂亮的，有好多大雪人，晚上亮了燈更漂亮一些。出門左轉就是長白山西坡的大門，非常方便，唯一的缺點就是周圍沒有什麼飯店，我們是在餐廳裏吃的，味道不錯，價格也還可以。
然後房間很好，很乾凈，很暖和，寬敞明亮。（最重要的是房間整體色調是我喜歡的黃色，那種暖色調的，我很討厭住特別白的房間，所以我很喜歡這個房間！）
我們買的是899那個套餐，住一晚，包含接送機服務、雙人早餐、雙人漂流的票加接送、雙人滑雪的票加接送。酒店給找的司機師傅人都超級好，很熱情也很有耐心。
不管是前台的姐姐還是餐廳的姐姐還是打掃衞生的阿姨都特別特別好，漂流完回來前台姐姐會問我們玩得開不開心，走的時候前台姐姐還給了一小袋水果讓我們路上吃🥹太貼心了太温暖了
反正大家如果要從西坡上山的話我特別特別推薦住這家！！

房間很大，陳設有些些老舊，春節旺季，酒店房價性價比極高。前台的小姐姐服務很好，很細緻。酒店在長白山西坡腳下，很安靜，喜靜如我，特別適合。套餐涵蓋的漂流不錯。

房間很大很安靜，有客廳有陽台，酒店部分設施在裝修升級中，温泉因此沒有開放，有點可惜。服務人員都非常棒，臨走前還給我們送了一袋水果，有感受到她們那種真誠想為客户做好每件事的心，態度非常好，以後還會再來的
