I really like the modern design of this hotel. The lighting and artwork was exceptional. The room was comfy. My favorite hotel so far! The service and the onsen were amazing. The food was a but pricey for the quality though. Would prefer eating around the area

Very good location for snowboarding. Able to walk to and from the slopes. Staff always happy to help either booking taxi or helping with more pillows. Only negatives are coffee at breakfast time could be better, more room in the ski lockers for our snowboards and more boot warmers and keep in mind Japanese beds and pillows….. nonetheless enjoyed our stay in Furano and highly recommend. Used the gym, the Onsen and laundry services and highly recommend.

Room was very small and view was ugly (roof and another building). However, despite being very small it was well equipped and recently furnished and I had a good sleep. Had dinner and breakfast in hotel. Food was good for both meals. Service in hotel is a bit fussy, they waste time telling you things you don’t want to know, but then when I had a small problem with my room it took ages to get it fixed.

The stay at Nozo Hotel was very pleasant, with exceptionally pleasant staff who can speak English with native proficiency, ensuring a comfortable experience for English-speaking guests. However, the buffet is overpriced, and there is no à la carte option available, severely limiting dining choices for guests.

Service was a bit Japanese... polite, gentle and inflexible! Tried to charge me an extra 5000 JPY to make the sofa bed, which was very clearly noted in the room description Breakfast was great!

hotel was good but it was hard to get to use the washer as there were only 2 available. some were in use for 2h or more at a time as they were using the dryer function, causing us to have to wait at least 1h each time to wash a batch of clothes.

Location is at the top of the hill steps away from the Furano ski station. Superb staff!

the bad trip ever, this hotel is unreasonable, only look for the money, never considerate the situation , for people who consider this hotel, you have to prepare the hotels unreasonable service,and prepare more and more money for any delay or late check in or flight delay. no refund and help
