I have a pleasant stay. Location is conveniently. As in Japan I think the room is quite spacious for 3 of us .

Room size is good and have space for 2 big luggage. Bathroom is standing shower which we prefer to the bath tub. However, need to allow time to walk to the hotel from subway (need change train line at Hakata). Nearby we found 2 24hour restaurants

Very nice room, friendly staff and great facilities for laundry and working. Comfy bed, and very close to everywhere.

The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a modern and elegant ambiance. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were well-designed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of high quality. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. Its convenient location, coupled with easy access to transportation, made exploring the city a breeze. The excellent facilities and the comfortable rooms ensured that my stay was both relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a convenient oasis with top-notch amenities.

Very new very clean. Check in process was very smooth and easy. They only provided toothbrush and cottonpads and razors as amenities though. No lotion or q tips.

The hotel is relatively new and cater to business travellers and tour groups. It is clean and check-in was a breeze. The beds were super comfortable. But i I have 2 complaints: Parking is expensive at ¥1,700 per night, and the rooms were very small, when we open our luggage we have to "overcome" obstacles to mover around the room

호텔 룸은 침대만 있는 정도로 작습니다. 하지만 잠만 자면 되기때문에 크게 문제가 없습니다. 쓰레기통이 너무 작아서 불편했어요. 쓰레기통 안에 있는 것만 치워주신다고 해서ㅠㅠ 다른 부분은 다 좋습니다. 하타카역에서는 거리가 조금 있지만 옆에 시장도 있고 와타나베도리 역이랑 가까워서 이동하기 좋고 호텔 깨끗하고 좋아요.직원들도 친절합니다.

這次住的是雙床房，房間不大。行李箱攤開需要放在床底下。飯店位置尚可門口就有一站巴士站方便直達博多車站，但是要搭地鐵的話需要走5-10分鐘左右，適合年輕人，跟長輩出門這站交通可能有點遠。

호텔 주변에 있는 지하철이 나나쿠마선이라서 공항에서 올 때 환승해야 한다는 게 살짝 번거로웠어요. 그리고 호텔 주변에 캐널시티나 텐진 지하상가가 걸어서 12분 거리이고 걸어 다니는 여행을 좋아함에도 불구하고 일본 여름에는 10분 이상 걷는 건 무리더라구요. 겨울에 일본 왔을 때는 2키로도 가볍게 걸었는데 여름에 10분 거리 만만하게 보지마세요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 겨울에는 호텔 위치가 좋다 할 수 있을 것 같지만 여름에는 위치로 추천을 못 하겠어요.. 호텔은 화장실에서 기분 나쁜 퀘퀘한 냄새와 담배 냄새가 났던 거, 방 크기 빼고는 괜찮았고 방 예약을 잘못해서 현장에서 추가요금 3박에 10만원 내고 친절하게 소파 침대가 있는 트윈룸으로 바꿔주셨어요. 하지만 여느 일본 숙소들처럼 방이 정말 좁아서 캐리어를 펼칠 수 있는 공간이 없더라구요. 방에 러기지랙이 있었긴 하나 이것을 펼칠 공간도 없어서 침대 위에서 캐리어 열고 닫고 했습니다. 몇 가지 단점 빼면 호텔 쾌적하고 친절하셔서 좋았어요👍👍

位置交通非常方便，附近有廿四小時超市，食肆又多。 自助check-in服務，亦有洗衣服務good😀 房間比較細，但樣樣俱全，洗滌用品合用。

附近有多間cross life的連鎖酒店，google map找位置時最好直接找酒店的地址。這間酒店整體新淨，服務唔錯，但附近唔好餐廳可選擇！

크로스라이프 하카타 텐진과 크로스라이프 야나기바시 모두 숙박을 했습니다. 두 곳 모두 감각적인 인테리어로 예쁜 호텔이고요, 트윈룸은 생각대로 많이 협소한 편입니다.20인치가 넘는 캐리어는 펼칠공간이 전혀 없어요, 그리고 샤워기헤드가 불량이어서 물을 틀면 사방으로 물이 튀어서 옷이 다 젖었습니다, 꼼꼼히 시설점검을 해주셨으면 합니다. 평일에는 가성비좋은 호텔이고 위치도 유명장소를 둘러보기에 좋습니다.
