La governante Xiao Qin è stata molto disponibile con noi, era molto sicuro nel comunicare con noi, anche se il suo livello di inglese deve essere migliorato, ma è stato molto attento, ha cercato di comunicare con noi il più possibile, ci ha fornito un grande aiuto, anche l'hotel era molto buono, posizione, personale, grazie mille

Il nostro viaggio a Zhangjiajie non avrebbe potuto essere migliore! Questo hotel è a pochi minuti a piedi da un ingresso secondario (non affollato!) del Parco Nazionale. Anche la vista dalla piscina è rivolta verso il Parco Nazionale, che non potrebbe essere più bello. Lo stesso vale per i dintorni, poiché la zona è super tranquilla, ci si può davvero rilassare. Il ristorante serve del buon cibo tipico (consigliamo vivamente il pesce branzino, entrambe le versioni). La colazione è accettabile con un mix di asiatico occidentale (anche se per lo più asiatico si possono trovare cose come yogurt, croissant, burro e pane). L'hotel potrebbe essere migliorato in piccoli dettagli, che abbiamo trasmesso al team. Ma questi non renderanno la tua esperienza negativa in alcun modo. Ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno uno dei migliori in questo grande viaggio in Cina è stata la nostra hostess di nome Fan! ＜3 È sempre stata disponibile per noi, ha fatto l'impossibile per trovare tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e ci ha sorpreso ogni volta. Ha pianificato attentamente tutti i nostri itinerari per tutte le attrazioni, non ha mai dimenticato una sola richiesta e parlava inglese meglio di chiunque altro nel team. Era 6 su 5*. ;) Non perdetevi Jojo, il bellissimo e grazioso gatto dell'hotel. :) La nostra camera includeva anche un trasferimento che abbiamo utilizzato per l'aeroporto alla fine del soggiorno, portandoci in tempo per il nostro volo. Speriamo di tornare un giorno. :)

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in una camera familiare. Questo hotel è davvero bellissimo. Eccellenti viste dalle camere. La posizione è molto comoda vicino ad uno degli ingressi del parco. Puoi camminare solo pochi minuti e sei al cancello. Il personale era gentile e disponibile. Il cibo era molto buono una volta che abbiamo imparato cosa ordinare e cosa non ordinare. Il menu è in cinese e inglese, ma senza immagini. La colazione era buona finché si rimane con le opzioni cinesi. Il personale ci ha aiutato ad acquistare i biglietti per il parco e ci ha permesso di fare un check-out molto tardi l'ultimo giorno, cosa di cui siamo stati molto grati. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole e abbiamo apprezzato molto i dintorni belli e tranquilli.

Everything was perfect. Reception is always supporting the guest's trip. Chinese homemade style breakfast is so nice. The facility and view are amazing. Being located in front of the middle gate of the park, easy to access. However, to the east gate, which has a lot of restaurants and markets, is quite far so needs to take a taxi for 20mins.

The room is beautiful & exactly as advertised, even more spacious than expected. The host 小刘 is very professional and provided us with excellent customer service. Ride between hotel and train station can be arranged directly with him, and he also helped us customise our itinerary to Zhangjiajie National Park. Breakfast was nice & freshly prepared. Overall it was a wonderful stay. 谢谢小刘的招待 🙏🏼

Attentive service & great scenery around the hotel. Housekeeper (小覃) was helpful & contacted us via wechat & assist to plan out itinerary / book tickets if needed. Only thing to note is that the resort is located near Zhangjiajie National Park, but quite far from the central area (where most of the restaurants & shopping are at). About 40-60mins car ride.

Very beautiful hotel situated next to the gates of the national park, it’s 30 minutes drive from the city, therefore it’s very calm and rooms have great scenic views. Special great note to the interior design of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant prices however we thought are quite expensive. Overall we liked your stay there!

My husband and I had a great stay at Annica. Our personal butler 小覃was responsive and totally reliable to handle all tour arrangements. His attention to details were much appreciated. We had a seamless experience and 小覃 is so friendly and helpful. His local insights and recommendations are invaluable. Thank you for making our stay memorable and truly special!

Our housekeeper, Xiao Lu, was extremely helpful during our stay in Zhangjiajie. We were grateful that he helped us with our itinerary during our 3 night stay and helped us book tickets to the Zhangjiajie National Park and to Tianmenshan. He even made special accomodation for us to have breakfast ready before their typical breakfast service so that we could head out to do a hike the morning before our departure. He was always available on WeChat whenever we had any questions. The location is also very conveniently (2-3 minute walk) to the Zhuming gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park.

A special shoutout to 小李, who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality truly stood out. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations or ensuring all my needs were met, 小李’s dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the amenities were great, and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. We had a very good stay in Annica Resort. Especially the fantastic service of Xiao Liu needs to be mentioned as he provided us with really great tips how to best explore the Zhangjiajie Nature Park. Hotel is very near by foot to a quiet park entrance with no waiting time to get in. Very few restaurants in this area. For visit of Tianmen mountain it is ca 40 minutes drive each way.

Conveniently located near the park gate, this hotel offers a clean environment and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff who assisted us with our itinerary. The hotel also has a lovely cat, though it tends to roam around and can be elusive
