Sfortunatamente, siamo stati delusi di vedere che la nostra vista includeva solo la punta della montagna, ostacolata da edifici e cavi elettrici. Questo è stato molto diverso dalla vista pittoresca annunciata sul loro sito web. Considerato l'elevato prezzo della camera (SGD$800 per notte per 3 persone), questo è stato un grande disappunto. Pensiamo fermamente che l'hotel dovrebbe riconsiderare la offerta di livello 3 camere come Le camere e i livelli di riserva 4 e 5 per questa categoria, perché questo sembra una malintesi. 2. Did a 2 night stay to be able to see Mt Fuji and the lake nearby with my family. This hotel is near the bus station but it is a little bit of a walk from there. The staff was great and helpful. The room was quiet, a little larger than the standard Japanese hotel room even had a partial view of Mt Fuji. We had a small kitchenette. It was definitely dated and unfortunately had the hardest bed we ever slept on, no give at all. Pillows were no better. But having said that, they do have complimentary heating pads!! And they will provide additional pillows. The lake is in walking distance of the the hotel. If you walk outside the hotel and take a right, walk to the light. across the street and to the right is a secondhand store with lots neat things. Still, the overall stay was pleasant.

Una spaziosa villa, completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per godersi una vacanza. La reception è meravigliosa, ricca di informazioni e ben organizzata. Alloggi in camera: 4/5 Valutazione - La camera è molto pulita, spaziosa e semplice. Ho la stanza di stile giapponese tatami di fronte a Mt. Fuji. Senta come una legittima esperienza giapponese. Il bagno e la strada di entrata sono piccoli. Mangiare: 5/5 Valutazione - Il cibo a buffet incluso è stupendo! Questo è di gran lunga uno dei migliori buffet che abbia mai avuto in un po'. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves to enjoy Fuji view and onsen. The complementary entry to next door onsen connected by a walkway is super cool. Can see Mount Fuji from breakfast restaurant at 4th floor and onsen on a clear day. Breakfast is good. Also loved the shower with massage water jets from the sides in hotel room. But the beds and mattress feel sort of aged, maybe need to be changed.

Stayed at this accomodation one night. Room had no power to begin with, and staff had to scramble to fix the issue. Not a good first impression. Room was passable but staff are, quite frankly, terrible - trying to communicate with any of the staff even for simple requests (like trying to arrange a taxi) was like pulling teeth. It was advertised as a tourist hotel, but none of the staff seem to speak English - I understand not everyone does, that’s fine - but at least make an effort to assist or find someone who can - all I got was a shrug and staff staring at me as if I had two heads. Perhaps they need more training, because service is poor. If this was a cheaper place to stay it would be easier to overlook, but with the going rate of a room (not cheap) I expected better. Advertised as tourist Not good, and overall not a happy customer.

Mi sono riuscito a trovare una camera da letto più grande di quella standard, una camera gemella con spazio ampio tra le letti e al piede dei letti per la mia valigia grande. Il letto aveva un coperchio che copriva solo una parte che non pensavo fosse molto igienica (sappiamo che è un tipico stile giapponese) e una coppa piena di sementi, l'altra era una coppa di tempera morbido. La camera da bagno era piccola ma funzionale. Le tute erano piccole e sottili e solo una era fornita. C'era un formaggio sul giardino della doccia. La camera era ben accolta e il condizionamento dell'aria funzionava bene. Purtroppo non c'erano canali di lingua inglese sulla TV. C'era un ufficio con una sedia. Un pannello e una cassaforte di buona dimensione che non era fissato al pannello e un frigo. Wi-Fi era povero e mantenuto in carico e fuori. Ho provato a cambiare le stanze, ma non c'era alcun miglioramento. L'hotel ha offerto parcheggio gratuito e era appena in strada dalla stazione ferroviaria e bus. Ho potuto prendere un autobus da lì all'aeroporto di Tokyo Haneda molto facilmente. Il fatto che la prenotazione fosse un incubo perché la compagnia di autobus non prendeva prenotazioni su Internet e l'hotel si rifiuta di aiutarmi a prenotare un posto. Il colazione era ok con abbastanza scelte occidentali come cereali, yogurt e croissants. Il ristorante era una bella camera luminosa. Ho usato lavastoviglie e asciugamani (per un piccolo pagamento). Hanno funzionato bene, anche se le macchine erano un po' sporche. Non si parlava inglese alla ricezione, quindi la comunicazione era difficile. A soli 10 minuti a piedi, la parte di noleggio è stata a circa 30 minuti a piedi.

La seconda visita.La montagna Fuji è chiara in inverno.Sono andato alla piazza di illuminazione prima del ristorante, perché era un Fuji rosso prima del sole. Da lato destro a colore rosso, circa 1／ 3, all'inizio del sole, sono tornato alla grande montagna di Fuji, ma all'alba sinistra, la luna piena nell'angolo superiore destro e la montagna di Fuji.Devo vedere questo sole nascere nel mare di Zhuanjian.Il paesaggio, si può vedere tutto. UUtente ospiteThe location of the hotel is fantastic for sunset viewing. There is plenty of parking across the road, with a surfeit of basically unnecessary staff. We had a reasonable-sized room with large windows and a wonderful panorama of the lake and Mount Fuji. That's all that's positive. The hotel is in two parts: the original building and an annexe. It is NOT suitable for wheelchair users trying to get to a restaurant. There are too many steps, twists and turns. There are lifts to find rooms in part A or part B, and the locations of the onsens (which switch between male and female every day - nice views, though). The signage is rare and confusing. As a stocky European (100Kg), I had immense difficulty sleeping on a very thin futon. The electric heater in the room blasts an unhealthy stream of hot air. Switch off this health risk and you FREEZE (we were there in late October). The hotel is relatively expensive, so you'd expect quality rooms. What you get is the uniform Japanese army-style sp****, goose**** green-walled room that you'd find in business hotels at half the room rate of this laughingly named 'NEW CENTURY' place. Minimalist, to say the least (in reality, pinched, lacking in generosity and well-being). At least there was a fridge (with a freezer icebox!!) In a series of measures as a response to the risks of COVID, there were no real glasses - just paper cups, and a message asking you to close the toilet lid before flushing. Disappointingly, the toilet was untypically low quality - no little hand-washing basin and fountain on the top of the toilet, and thus no towel in the toilet itself. (So, mucky hands grasping two sets of door handles to wash your hands. How's that for customary Japanese hygiene?) We (a group of 13 people - I was the only gaijin...) had booked an evening meal, room and breakfast the next morning. Dinner? Again, for the price, you'd expect a nice piece of fish (probably from the lake) right? NO way. We got a few bits of sukiyaki, and mean little dishes with bits and pieces of this and that... I've eaten MUCH better food in izakayas and bars throughout Japan. My opinion was echoed by most of our party. Breakfast was below ordinary. Simple, plain, dull. Something to dispense with quickly. Taking fuel on board, that's all. The service in the restaurant was desultory (= awful, ungracious). During dinner, a stocky old lady granted me the opportunity to be bumped TWICE by her capacious bottom as she served the person next to me. I complained and pushed back, to the accompaniment of giggles from her lithe, unobtrusive colleagues. Mercifully I was spared any further encounter with this voluminous rear end at breakfast. The staff at breakfast time were a) limited in number b) slow and c) VERY detached. One had the feeling they were cleaning staff put into waiting uniforms. Per person, we paid over 13,000 yen. Frankly, an outrageous price. The ONLY benefit was the view. For that, you don't need a hotel room. A bus tour will

JJaniceIf you are looking for a zen accommodation that is far and away from the hustle and bustle, one that exudes tranquility, has the perfect Mt Fuji view with no photobomb (no one to vie with you for the best view / photo spot) and is new, modern and basically impeccable a room, this is the right hotel for you. I have almost nothing but praises for this accommodation except perhaps its location. As it is allll the way up the hilly area and right on the opposite side of Lake Kawaguchiko’s main bustling area, you can really only rely on 1) their shuttle service which has pretty limited timings (last shuttle at 4.30pm) cos after all it’s mostly meant for shuttling guests on arrival only 2) taxi which is expensive ~ 10mins ride up for 3,000 yen 3) driving your own vehicle. Apart from its distant proximity to the station and all, it really is the best kind of accommodation where it’s almost like an attraction itself, the kind where you intentionally spend a night at the hotel just to get the full experience. Have a look at the photos and let the photos do the talking (sorry they are kinda blurry as I took screenshots off the room video instead). Service is excellent, and staff is really nice and helpful too albeit limited English-speaking staff. They have a Mandarin-speaking staff onsite which is really helpful. My friend and I opted for breakfast as well which is pretty good, but note that you will have to inform the receptionist on your preferred time slot (nothing like the buffet style / seating) at the end of the day (they would likely approach you to ask abt it though so no worries even if you had forgotten abt it). Note that the private hot spring bath in the room is simply natural hot spring water and not onsen; silly me thought it was onsen 🥲 anyhow, the bathtub was really clean too so plus points to the housekeeping. All in all, a really lovely, enjoyable and most definitely unforgettable stay at Kumonoue Fuji! Would I choose to stay here again on my next trip to Mt Fuji? Absolutely, in a heartbeat!

RriarianaQuesto è un hotel molto tranquillo e aperto.La posizione è buona, perché si può camminare dalla stazione.Mi sono rilassato guardando la montagna Fuji.Anche se la piscina di soffitto non è una piscina aperta, la stanza della montagna Fuji può essere vista dalla finestra piccola! Il personale è molto felice e l'atmosfera è buona.Questo è un hotel che voglio andare di nuovo.

UUtente ospitePartiamo dall'aeroporto di Hong Kong con il volo mattinale per andare all'aeroporto di Liu Tao. Dopo aver preparato i bagagli e le procedure di immigrazione, siamo arrivati al biglietto di autobus ad alta velocità vicino al hall di pick-up. E' semplice e conveniente prendere il primo bus direttamente al lago Hekou.Prima che il bus parte, c'è tempo per colazione e bagno. Andare alla stazione di autobus dal centro commerciale lungo il canale accanto, e prendere un elicottero o un ascensore può anche andare alla stazione di autobus sotterranea secondo le istruzioni.Il passeggero di autobus è arrivato per vedere la piastra di visualizzazione dei dati puliti quando prende il passeggero. Se c'è un errore, non devi mandare la stazione di Riverahu Lake direttamente fuori dalla stazione di autobus dopo l'imbarco. Venendo al lago di Riverao, andando alla fine della mano sinistra, vedendo le informazioni turistiche, cioè la stazione di attesa. Tutti gli autobus dell'hotel sono qui per accogliere gli ospiti. Il calendario degli autobus è trovato sul sito dell'hotel; questa stazione non ha bisogno di una prenotazione estremamente conveniente. Il piccolo bus arriva in tempo, il servizio del conducente è buono, passando per la strada di Liu Xiaochuan per qualche minuto, arrivando all'hotel.In realtà, la posizione dell'hotel è buona, vicino alla strada, e la stazione di autobus circolare non deve girare per il lago di Riverkou per prendere un camion. Passare lungo la strada, da un lato verso il centro di Liu, con negozi e supermercati, dall'altro lato verso il lago e il parco della piscina, e vedere anche le montagne di Fuji, in diversi angoli. La strada è passata davanti alla strada, che è la sezione di strada della linea verde circondata dal bus. Passare lentamente, arrivare al parco di Liu Jiang, Ci sono erbe di giardino profumate, foglie rosse, e musei d'arte, caffè del giardino, ecc.Il parco ha erbe verdi come la terra di giardino.I bambini e i bambini possono correre e correre. I amanti e gli anziani si siedono a lungo per guardare il sole, il lago, il volo del lago, e scrivono un grande sguardo! UUtente ospiteWe were greeted by the stunning views of the lake the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby. The room was lovely as well, with a similarly beautiful view of the lake. Thankfully, we were placed on the same floor as the lobby, as the hotel did not seem to have any lifts. We opted for both dinner and breakfast to be included in the plan, and they were a delectable spread. However, I would note that the service during mealtimes seemed to be more curt, and the servers seemed to be in a hurry to serve the courses, and did not really explain to us what we were having. The food, however, was without a fault. As the hotel is set on a rather steep hill, it would be better to contact the hotel for them to pick you up from the station or to send you to the station. Do note that the shuttle service does not run between 11am and 2pm though. Overall, a good option for a traditional stay in the Kawaguchiko area.

UUtente ospiteSono passato in Giappone durante anni durante il freddo inverno e era preoccupato per la tempesta di neve, perché le nostre auto non sono dotate di pneumatici di neve, quindi ho deciso di chiamare l'hotel. A mano per aiutare è una signora molto gentile e gentile con il nome di Zora che ha cercato di andare tutto fuori per aiutare e anche se abbiamo chiesto se possiamo cancellare il soggiorno senza alcuna tassa di cancellazione, ha detto che era difficile a causa delle regole del sito di prenotazione. Tuttavia, ha fatto sforzi per tenermi informato delle condizioni di Kawaguchiko prima della nostra arrivo e abbiamo finalmente fatto il nostro viaggio. L'hotel è pulito e nuovo, come si apre quasi 2.5 anni fa, quindi è stato affrontato con la pandemia Covid e non è stato facile per loro sopravvivere. L'hotel ha diversi funzionari di lingua mandarina e il check-in è solo dopo le 3:00 quindi quando siamo arrivati il contatore era vuoto e aspettato per un po' che un mandarino parlante giapponese venga a assistere, Molto utile con suggerimenti, ma ancora una volta non ci hanno permesso di cambiare il nostro soggiorno a causa della tempesta di neve che sta arrivando. Alla fine abbiamo deciso di perdere il nostro 2° soggiorno di notte a causa del fatto che non abbiamo pneumatici di neve e qui mi è sembrato che l'hotel potesse essere un po' più flessibile offrendo uno sconto. Le camere che abbiamo ricevuto sono enormi e spaziose , come ha detto Zora con una buona vista sul Monte Fuji , ma la vista cambia solo il giorno dopo quindi siamo fortunati a avere una splendida vista sul Monte Fuji dalla stanza . Il soggiorno è stato molto buono, perché il personale è molto utile, il personale multilingue con uno dei tizi di Taiwan in grado di parlare mandarino , inglese , cantone , coreano e, naturalmente, giapponese.

Sono andato in prima sera di sabato, e mentre inizialmente ho condiviso il culo con altre quattro donne giapponesi, finalmente ho avuto tutto il culo per me stesso: acqua molto calda, 1 piscina all'interno e 2 piscina all'aperto, anche se uno non era in uso e vuoto. 1000 yen per 2 ore (portare i propri asciugamani), sito web inglese, facile accesso dalla stazione Kawaguchiko.

Breakfast was ok, not fantastic-the place seems very deserted with many shops shuttered quite early on and streets dark. The bath was decent but nothing to shout about.
