Easy access, just in front of Kawaguchiko station. Comfortable futon, kind staff who can speak English. The room was clean .

Location is the near by bus and train station, convineint. Public bath is quet usefull like a hot spring. I like style of these hotel, like a japanese traditional way. Price is avialable. Car sound is little bit trouble for me when im sleeping because of location. Im suggesting you, close the double window and turn on air condition. Japanese couple host is kindly serving very well.

On top from the typical service, there was a hot water big bathroom for use without additional cost. The room was big and the hotel was just right next to the railway station. Great deal.

Just a minute walk from kawaguchiko station, very spacious room with tatami mat and nice bath area with onsen overlooking mount fuji on a clear day. Highly recommended place to stay if you do not want to travel far to your stay after you arrive into kawaguchiko station

Really lovely room with an incredible view of Mt Fuji. Felt very comfortable and at home!

The location is very convenient, it just locate the opposite of train station. The room is small, with share washroom and bathroom. It is not quite convenient for sharing washroom. But in overall, it is convenient and good place to stay if you have plan to Mt. Fuji, I have placed my luggage and stay one night again when back from Mt. Fuji.

The person in cahrge is very accommodating, the location is best since it is located a minute from the station. overall it was a great stay for us. I also love the onsen part since it is really in front of mt fuji

All is good , can storage luggage there , I the first floor there is a coffee shop. Closed to the train station.

This hotel has the traditional mattress on the floor. The room is huge. Could easily fit 3 people. There is a recreational room in the basement where you can heat up your own meal. The restaurants around the area tend to stop accepting guests around 6:00/6:30 but you can buy meals from the variety store.

Good place good service

The hotel is very close to the train station. The staff are very helpful in English. You can walk to the lake boat tour and gondola ride. Restaurants close by. The hot path while looking at Mt. Fugi is great.

Good location and good sevice

第一次全家去日本，特別選了一個日式飯店，本來擔心會很舊，榻榻米地板、洗手間及浴室都在外面。 但擔心是多餘的，全家圍在桌子旁談天吃東西，晚上鋪上軟鋪，很舒服。 樓上還有大浴池，泡湯消除一天的疲勞。 加上我人品好，哈哈哈~ 老闆給了我們一間面對富士山的房間，超開心的！ 唯一小小的缺點，沒有電梯，行李得要搬上三樓 還好大行李先寄放東京的飯店。 飯店位置就在車站對面鄰近馬路，窗戶有兩層，所以並不覺得喧鬧。 河口湖值得住三天兩夜，太多值得探訪的地方，推薦騎腳踏車遊湖，很有意思。 因為遇到颱風，很多景點都匆匆一瞥而已，下次有機會，會再次到訪 整個旅程下來，孩子最喜歡這間飯店。 推薦們想體驗日式飯店的遊客。
