Beautiful room with beautiful view. I can see Mt. Fuji in my room. Free shuttles provided towards train station. Meals are served with reasonable quality. Room is clean. With onsen. Recommend.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Japan. Hospitality, cleanliness and food were perfect. Best value for a all-inclusive onsen resort by the lake. Staff were friendly and attentive. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. They received us from the carpark and got our baggage for us. When we left, they made sure to carry our luggage to the car. Rooms and the guest onsen were clean, big and spacious, with propery air-conditioning and heating. It also has a good view of mount Fuji from the room balcony (though unfortunately it was raining for the 2 days which I was there) The food was amazing as well, there were so many choices and we were left stuffed after both dinner and breakfast. Would highly recommend anyone this all inclusive hotel if you have the chance.

The hotel location is really good and which was the only one I can found around the area when I book my trip. The visitor could call hotel for shuttle bus service at the information center of train station (turn right after exiting); the luggage could be delivered to station if you keep it at front desk and book a delivery service when checkout. Breakfast set is good and not too much but fine Japanese food. And I have the lucky to see mountain Fuji in morning from my lake view room.

Their shuttle bus service helped us a lot in arranging our trip. Great service quality.

Excellent services provided by all polite and nice staff. This is a traditional style Japanese onsen hotel. The most competitive parts of this hotel are Mount Fuji’s view and onsen. Quite a number of attractions nearby.

Very nice hotel… Not for the hotel environment but the very out standing service performance for all hotel staff. Also very good food provided. And the room view can see Mt Fuji and the lake, super chill!
