I will always remember the owner kindness. We will come back for Japan on holiday and definitely stay over here with you at fujikawaguchi. The people are awesome there. We love you. So so so so so strategic, great place, and highly recommended A+++++++

Calm and clean place. A room was quite small, but we noticed it’s often met in Japan) The hotel is near the picturesque place with the view on Fuji. It’s 10 minutes walk to the bus station. And you’re given all the stuff you need (towels, coffe, tea, etc)

การเกินทางสะดวกมากไม่ต้องต่อรถ ส้วนห้องพักค่อยข้างมีฝุ่นเยอะที่นอนมีฝุ่นไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไร ก็อดประตูเสีย ฉันนอนแค่คืนเดียว ถ้านอนหลายวันอาจหาที่พักใหม่ค่ะ

가와구치코역에서 가깝고 무인이라 체크인이 어려웠다는 점이 조금 아쉽지만 시설도 좋고 잘 쉬었습니다 감사드립니다 ~ !

酒店距離車站約6 7分鐘路程，尚算方便。 入住期間沒有看見任何職員，有問題需通過line whatsapp詢問酒店。 Check in check out 皆為全自助。 房間沒有獨立浴室或廁所，需與其他客人共用。房間沒有任何一面鏡子，僅於公共浴室有兩個洗臉盤，需等待他人使用。 房間隔音效果十分差，任何人於外面發出聲音，房間內都能聽見。 保安：可在詢問酒店方後於1500前放置行李於reception ，但若有多幾組客人必然不夠空間。而且沒有任何職員在現場，即時有閉路電視，有問題發生時無人能即時阻止。 另外，房間僅用普通密碼鎖上鎖，安全度不足。

A localização é muito boa, as instalações do local também são excelentes. O serviço de atendimento é bem fraco, principalmente considerando ser uma política de self check in, teoricamente a hospedagem te contacta via WhatsApp ou Line ou E-mail para te enviar o código de check in….teoricamente. Até hoje não recebi o meu código, conseguimos entrar digitando nome de quem fez a reserva. Ocorre que em se tratando de uma hospedagem sem recepção, alguns hóspedes podem ter dúvidas e se sentirem desconfortáveis com a falta de comunicação.

隔音是真的不好，開關門之類的震動也會傳到床上，其他都還行，住的時候有人微波疑似漢堡排的東西，結果整棟都是那個味道，一直持續到早上離開都還在

服務態度是很好的，完全是乾乾淨淨的樣子

地理位置尚可，就在河津湖站的後面，但旅館設施簡單，且沒有服務人員，無法獲取富士山地區旅遊的一些資訊，還要自助入住，周邊居民區，吃飯不方便，且沒有寄存行李，房價偏貴，所謂的廚房就一個微波爐，性價比不高。

河口湖で近くてすごく良かった、

地點很近車站，只需五分鐘步程，要自助check in 及check out, 內部環境及設施整潔，合乎和方便背包客
