A beautiful and well kept heritage hotel with friendly and helpful front desk. Room is comfortable and big. Right beside the riverfront with walking distance to all the attractions and jonker street

Great location, where near to the most famous and happening place in Melaka

Pleasant and cosy stay, nice customer experience. Wl book again.

The location and staff service are generally good. It is quite clean but the building itself is rather old. The only thing which I think could improve is breakfast.

Great location as it's near to Jonker and River. It's an old Baba house (spacious and nice) Room: Comfortable bed; aircon leaking from top (quite outdated air-conditioning). Don't expect many Tv channels available. Amenities in room: basic Hot water from shower quite difficult to control - either too hot or too cold. Breakfast: Very simple (a packet of nasi lemak, bread with optional sausages). We decided not to have the 2nd breakfast there. This hotel has good potential if they maintain and upkeep the premises.

Hotel location is very strategic. Cleanliness is tip top. Well served breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next round.

quite long exists for years. simple and decoration jz nice for instagram. Apparently staffs are untrained and aware abt hospitality practice, can jz makeup the table in front of you once u have done ur breakfast as reaching closing time, call u 12pm sharp to checkout or extra charge u. Oh ya seen no more nasi lemak as described by others and swimming pool are empty

Everything is great except the breakfast need to be improved drastically. Only served toasted bread, nasi lemak, coffee/tea, eggs and cereal corn flakes with milk. Wasnt enough for such a hotel price. Suggest having a few of the "Nyonya Kuih" and some of the authentic local food in Melaka. Anyway, overall still good experience. Thank AAVA hotel team and myTrip.

The place is quiet and comfortable, and it's super convenient to walk to jonker street. The hotel parking is just opposite, not to worry it's limited as another public parking is just beside the hotel. I will come back here again for my next trip to Melaka :)

Very good location, very friendly staff and she even reminded us about the police will come to fine illegal parking on streets, and guided us how to pay for parking.

Very mixed experience. The location is good, the building is nice from the outside, but it’s not what you expect based on the description and the ad. The first room I got had no window, then after my complaints I got one that had a window - to the corridor. So it’s a very dark experience. They promote a swimming pool on their website too. Well, there isn’t any. Apparently it’s been under “renovation” for a while now

Very nice room, and very comfort bed . I really don’t want to wake up in the morning . 😂 Location very nice , overall all nice 👍🏻. Will come back again.

The location is prime and the rooms are clean. Although it doesnt have much amenities. The hotel interior gives you the nyona vibe.

Front office staff is good & polite. Kitchen staff is accommodating & helpful as well, they even prepared breakfast for me even thought they're already closing up. Room air conditioning was superb. Plenty of power point for us to charge our phones, cameras, etc. Swimming pool is still under renovation, so it's not open for entry.
