Had a wonderful day in this hotel very convenient for first time travelers as it has everything you need from taxi pick up and drop off from the airport. Good Internet connection, clean rooms and quiet. All amenities are available. The staff are very friendly and the customer service is on top. I will definitely stay again in this hotel if I come back to Algeria.

There was no towels for the first and second day of my stay , even I emphasized twice , no hot water at night or early morning .

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Cheraga and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The service was excellent, and the staff was consistently attentive and helpful. I would like to give special recognition to Aziz and Noureddine, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Algiers.

睡覺的時候，九點多突然有人敲門並開了門。 早餐吃了，拉肚子，可能牛奶不好。 前台效率太低，退房後要回房間拿忘了的東西，等了10幾分鐘都沒協調人給我去取。 電梯太慢，沒幾個人，也得等好久。 優點是安靜，睡得好。

服務很好，二樓有健身房。前台服務也挺好

4500一份的晚飯，前有公園後有商超，位置幾乎在山頂

Servizio lento e approssimativo. Più volte segnalati problemi in camera, dal riscaldamento non funzionante all’assenza degli asciugamani. Ore di attesa per ottenere il servizio. Sala colazioni ricca di cibo ma pulizia dei tavoli approssimativa. Per due dei 4 giorni di permanenza, una parte della sala colazioni era riservata e tre gli altri tavoli non venivano puliti dopo l’uso di altri ospiti. Più volte ho richiesto la pulizia che comunque risultava approssimativa. Molliche tolte dal tavolo finivano sulle sedie . Tazze caffè quasi mai disponibili e ,come detto sopra, metà della sala colazioni era riservata e non c’era nessuno agli orari in cui facevo la colazione.

A masterpiece of stains and negligence. The shower floor? So dirty you’d feel cleaner skipping it altogether. Fixtures and door handles are smudged and sticky, ensuring you never feel at ease touching anything. The ceiling lights are barely holding on, with shoddy fittings that scream “we gave up.” The mini-fridge deserves a horror movie of its own—stains, grime, and insect remains in full view. Imagine opening it for water and finding a scene straight out of your worst nightmares. Common Areas Step out, and things somehow get worse. A dead tree welcomes you in the lobby, a fitting metaphor for the lifeless service and care. Dirty floors, unpolished surfaces, and neglected fixtures are the defining features of this supposed “four-star” hotel. The kitchen entrance is a disaster zone. You’d expect some semblance of hygiene, but instead, you’re greeted with dirty tiles, unkempt corners, and an overwhelming sense of disarray. Breakfast Breakfast is the crowning glory of this disaster. 30 minutes for an omelet while the line snakes endlessly. Cups for coffee? None. Juice glasses? Gone. The staff’s solution? Plastic goblets, because nothing says “luxury” like sipping coffee out of picnic-grade cups. Coffee machines break down mid-service, leaving guests waiting 20 more minutes just for a basic cup of coffee. Dirty tables and a lack of plates make the entire experience a test of patience rather than a meal. Decor and Maintenance The attention to detail is non-existent. The door to your room is smudged and poorly maintained, while the walls and floors carry stains that should’ve been dealt with ages ago. The decor—or lack thereof—is a mix of dead plants, mismatched furniture, and fixtures barely held together. The entire property feels like it’s been forgotten by time and management alike. Verdict If you’re searching for disappointment, neglect, and frustration all wrapped in a “four-star” facade, you’ve hit the jackpot. Holiday Inn Cheraga Algiers doesn’t just fall short—it doesn’t even show up. Avoid at all costs.

WORST EXPERIENCE ON A NEW YEAR. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR ROOM SERVICE FOR AN HOUR AND NOBODY IS PICKING UP. I HAVEN'T HAD MY DINNER AS I AM NOT FEELING WELL. AND NO FOOD UNTIL NOW THAT IT'S 5AM WORST NEW YEAR IN MY LIFE!!!!!! EVEN THE RECEPTION WAS NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL

I really want to mention one thing about this hotel is that it has got one of the finest staff and they have such a professional hospitality which was proved by following staff Mr ISLAM MR KAMEL Mr Muhammed Mr REDA So on my visit for the dinner I didn’t like the menu but these people made sure that I will get some thing according to my taste and they provided me the finest food and with finest service I really want to let the management know they beyond and above for giving the 5star service I wish them all the best and thank you for recruiting such professional staff and team on floor .
